"We had the chance to dine at this beautiful restaurant after arriving in Bologna earlier in the day. It is located a short drive out of the city but it was well worth it. Upon arrival we were met by the chef Marcello Dall ' Aglio...and Floriano Cinti the winemaker. We were shown the area where the wine is made and stored and then were led out onto the outside patio with a view of the hills. We tasted and drank a couple of wines and proceeded to have the best meal we have ever had. The wines were Bologna hills DOC Sauvignon and Bologna hills DOC Cabernet Sauvignon . We started off with Appetizers with sparking pignoletto, focaccia, olives and papa al pomodoro. Then we had the Mortadella on panzanella salad, vegetable omelette and grilled asparagus, roast beef in a yogurt vinaigrette with pickled artichokes, sweet and sour egg plant and zucchini flower fritters and chantarel mushroom fritters. With our taste buds going into overdrive we proceeded to have the Tortelloni (big ravioli filled with ricotta cheese) with green asparagus tips and Artichoke Lasagna. With little room left we had the Guinea Fowl deboned and stuffed by porcini mushroom roll and pork fillet in a crust with roast potatoes and grilled vegetables. And finally we finished with yogurt and strawberry mousse with fresh fruit salad. The staff was very good and friendly and made us feel at home. If you are nearby make sure that you try this place out because it is beyond your wildest dreams....."

personale cordiale e creatività nell'offerta, ma c'è qualcosa che manca per dare la differenza. tutti fondamentalmente nella media qualitativamente parlando.

we visited with a group for a tour through which weingut and lunch. we had a four-course lunch (some of the courses had two dishes), with local wine. chef marcello has presented the menu that has been added to pleasure. the food was before place, seasonal and consistently wonderful. one of our best meals in Italy.

This is what you look for and hardly can find without knowing a local. It is a place where they serve good honest food that does not pretend to be anything more than what it is. I had a lovely lunch and enjoyed everything. The...interior is not the most cosy but again it is not trying to be anything but a place where the focus is on the food and the attention of the guests. Their locally produced wine is wonderful and I truly like the sparkling white wine they serve especially in the area like a kiss!

our metalgar tour group considered a gourmet dinner and weintour. we started with appetizers and drinks on the terrace (prosecco or fruit stamps, focaccia, kartoffel and thunfischmousse and oliven. then we had a short tour through the winemaking facilities. I. was on many, many weintours so that I was not impressed by this, but others in the group that has never been in a weinged that enjoyed the tour. the dinner was very, very good. several courses with many options for each cursor. they just brought them to the table and you would take what you want. 1st cursor: mortadella flan on a panzanella salate, early puffed omelette and artichoke quiche, roast beef with green spargel in a yogurt vin...
