"We reserved a table for 2 people at 8 p.m. because we liked the atmosphere. We were given good advice regarding drinks and the service was friendly and charming. Unfortunately, the impression was marred by a very long wait of over 45 minutes for the food we ordered. In addition, my partner's food was only partially edible or not edible. The eggplant used in the bowl was completely hard and inedible, the zucchini was unseasoned and not prepared in any way, cuss cuss okay, and many different types of tomatoes, once completely on the vine. Respect that the kitchen dares to release something like that. According to the complaint, inedible items were removed without replacement. You supposedly make everything fresh and then at some point something is no longer there. My pasta dish was okay, although the pasta could have been cooked a little longer and could have used more salt. You can still pass this off as a matter of taste. As an apology there was coffee. Hmmm just don't be more accommodating, that could be seen as a clear admission of a mistake. Yes, the boss listened to it and yes, it could be that there are actually fewer staff in the kitchen than usual. Then you have to communicate this better beforehand and still serve good food. Learned from this on the guest side: have the food returned as well as the bill and leave. If you just want the smiles of the staff and a nice atmosphere, you can definitely try your luck. Maybe it was just bad luck for us. Hence 2 out of 5 points."

Wonderful ambience, extremely friendly and courteous staff and, in my opinion, the best menu in all of Davos! Be sure to try the aperitif platter!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, kleine aber sehr feine vegetarische Auswahl (gegrillter Radicchio, Buddha Bowl, Wrap, Burger usw. . Eine echte Bereicherung im fleischlastigen Davos. Geöffnet von 11 bis 24 Uhr, hätte 5 Sterne verdient geht aber nicht bei einem nicht vegetarischen Lokal. Unbedingt ausprobieren.
