"As the Olivier de Provence was closed for a while, we decided to go back for another (what we believed) good experience... it was not.I made a reservation for two. When we arrived we were asked if we made a reservation and were took away before we even said yes by the maître d'. He sat us right in front of the kitchen window. The waitress, a young woman, came to us with no warmth and little menu knowledge. We ordered the food and wine. She came back got us the wine and forgot the water. She had no energy whatsoever. We were able to experience four staff members with the same attitude. The scallops carpaccio with truffle was delightful, the tartare de saumon was tasteless, the onglet had no taste either, but the bouillabaisse was good. The waiter who was bringing the plate did not know who was getting what and his excuse to every table was that it was his first day. I had to pour my own wine as no one served us. Their "uniform" is a unfitted shirt that does not fit the environment. The nutella tiramisu was not good either and had a grape as a garnish when others had a speculos on top ???This was a great restaurant, but will not go back due to the real bad experience."
