"type of visit was a meeting with friends (37 persons). the food was preordered days before. the service was unintentionally unfriendly, clumsy and completely overwhelmed. the food was served, yet everyone had preordered to eat exactly days before, only after over 2.5 hours, with once again an hour passed between the first and the last teller. even the children only got their food after 3 to 3.5 hours. Despite the long waiting period, eating across all the dishes was disappointingly badly below Pommesbuden quality and also in very clear portions, so many subsequently ate something again in the hotel. of the cocktails had ordered almost all even once, as they were also mixed in wrong composition. everything unfortunately very disappointing, the only positive there is the location itself. who wants to spend a nice evening, the lounge should avoid until there the gastronomic and the personal changes."

the service was impressive, eating was excellent. I eat there three times and every day something else. the hired, in particular patrick, were very attentive, i.e. if their glass was almost empty, they asked casually whether they would like one more. an excellent selection of whisky, although only a glen morangie.
