Lovely old restaurant with bags of character, efficient service and great food. I had some of the best liver I have ever eaten and the prices are not excessively expensive. Good seating outside, a German institute.

Just what I like, very good atmosphere, personal friendly service, table cloths and German food that is not the conventional lot you find. Not terribly expensive as you would pay for a ace like that in Paris, but all the rest is what you would...get in a good Parisian restaurant. Recommend if you want to taste Berlin View menu

Moja najgorsza opinia ze wszystkich na TripA. Jedzenie które dostaliśmy nie smakowało ale to trudno bo każdy może mieć różne smaki. Ale było mega gorąco i trzeba było szukać kelnera żeby nalał wody lub czegoś innego. Rzadko bywał przy naszym stoliku. Dodatkowo stolik dla 8 osób gdy wiadomo było że będzie to biznesowy obiad ustawiono na samym roku skrzyżowania i trzeba było być naprawdę głośnym by partner Cię usłyszał

Nous avion réservé dans la partie annexe, mais apparemment la réservation a été mal transmise. Un spritz facturé à 10 €, alors que l'apérol est vendu à 4.50 €, l'explication donnée est qu'il est fait au champagne. Au moment du règlement la serveuse insiste pour nous dire que le TIP n'est pas inclus, j'aime bien pouvoir donner un pourboire en fonction de la prestation de service. Un établissement où l'on n'a pas envie de revenir.

Really wonderful German food so ate here twice. Not cheap but average for good restaurant in Berlin. Coming from UK we really were shocked that no restaurants provide tap water - apparently it's not the done thing despite the fact it's delicious. So you end up paying through the nose for bottled water - 7.50 for a 3/4 size bottle! Ridiculous for a country that prides itself on being green! Salendo dall'Italia verso Berlino c'eravamo ormai convinti che la cucina tedesca fosse solo stinchi, würstel e birra, invece questo ristorante ci ha aperto un mondo. Esiste una cucina tedesca che sa unire i sapori della tradizione con l'eccellenza e si può bere dell'ottimo vino "alemanno". La carta dei vini è formidabile ma vi consigliamo di farvi guidare tra le etichette tedesche e austriache, non ve ne pentirete. Se poi unite un servizio eccellente e prezzi più che onesti cosa volete di più?

A very nice restaurant with outside and inside tables and linen napkins (always a good sign) and we chose to eat outside. We chose this restaurant because I wanted wienersnitchel! Everything about our meal, drinks, service, food, was excellent except for my wienersnitchel.I thought that the breadcrumb coating was way too thick. I could only compare with the wienersnitchel that my mother used to make and hers wins by a long long way. I have to confess to being a little disappointed!Would we eat here again?Yes but I won't have wienersnitchel.

We wanted to eat so much and this day all the good restaurants in the hotel area were fully booked so we could not get anywhere. And we saw this restaurant on the street, came in and the administrator just sharply said that there is...no place and they don't serve outside there were some places outside. And we came to another door we thought it was another restaurant but finally it is the same just has different halls and different entrances. So we felt a huge care from a very young man waiter on a picture who did everything in order to help and welcome and host us. So inside the restaurant was full but he let us sit outside.
