"In 2015, my husband got a voucher from me. Included were selected restaurants, as we like to go for food. Lucifer had discovered Sylt and always wanted to go with me. The critiques had scared us. However, as I lacked a voucher, I spontaneously purchased one for the Travemünde branch. WANN PUBLIKUM We went along with the family there on a Saturday lunch and the restaurant was not well visited in my eyes. I'd appreciate 20 tables. In low season, at a rainy lunch, okay. The audience was mixed. Families, couples or older ladies. LOCATION The location is directly at the port, thus has a great view and extends over two levels and there is already the first problem. The open kitchen below is sympathetic, for that the view above is better. The toilet is on the upper floor. In itself, no problem would be the barrier-oriented approach outside. We had to look with the stroller first because the door was not open as announced. Blade, wait and that in the rain. It's beautifully decorated inside. Cosy, simple and contemporary. SERVICE The service is charming, but totally planned. This is how we were asked at a gang whether we really had ordered it because we could not imagine it. They are probably used to criticism, respond promptly and surprisingly friendly. Children even get character sets, which I find very attentive. Crockery is quickly removed. Clean and well maintained. It is a sea bath and therefore expensive. The prices were fine. A sprout with pommes and salad costs 13,90€, a steak burger with pommes 14,90€, a cup of pumpkin soup 5,50€, serving pommes for children 3,00€, soft drinks 0.33€ (single size) costs 3,30€, a small apple choir 2,40€. Go from 70-100€ for an evening with the family. SPEISEN AND TRANK As I said, I like to picture myself, but was very disappointed. Everything started well. The drinks were quickly at the table, even if we had to distribute them correctly after that, because the service had brought them together. The drinks are available in the bottle, unfortunately only one size. But I think I'm logistically okay. After that our possibly unordered pumpkin soup came, which was really super delicious. Nice dressed, very hot and tastefully very good. We didn't do anything because the portion is appropriate for the price. As an appetizer, too much. After the appetizer, one assumes that the cooks understand their crafts and the reviews were really bad. After the soup and the removal of the terrins, however, it took 21 minutes until our main dish came to the table. And here every food fell through. I'm sorry, but I have to say that. Let's start with the kids' noodles. Bolognese cannot be done much wrong. My son loves this, likes to eat a lot, but here very little. In the end, I tried because I didn't taste mine. Only fruity, acidic and then the salt came. Unedible and he had my respect to have eaten more than one. Continue with the burger from my husband. He looked really delicious when he came to the table, and then we looked at him closer. The cheese, look at the photo yourself, is just gross. As if he had been lying outside for a long time from breakfast, it would have been wet and put on the burger. Nothing was crumbled or similar. The edge was dry. Bäh, both tasteful and visual. The meat was slightly pink, so not too long fried, but lukewarm and yet totally dry. Ketchup helps, but isn't a purpose. My husband and I know how hard it is to roast a steak. You like to sit down and you can't keep it so warm. Good chefs like to be here, and no one is perfect. So would have been okay. But then I tried my carving. I had it with hunter sauce, my son nature. Freshly panned, unfortunately, but slightly burned, because no new fat was done in the pan. You know that even when you fry. The first scavengers are golden yellow, but it likes to fall off and the second scavenger takes up these pieces and then no longer looks so beautiful. Okay, don't be, but it's okay. But my sauce was lukewarm, just like the carving. You had the feeling it was standing down for 20 minutes under the heat-tree that is not properly set. It's not delicious and reminds me of the food at home because my baby likes to be hungry when the food comes on the table. Talk about feeding when I get to dinner, it's got the temperature. After all, you don't burn your tongue like the soup. However, the carving was not seasoned at all. I thought it was boring. My second carving, and that's supposed to mean something, did my husband eat and he just said, that's sober, do they have no salt and pepper? Like it had been forgotten. FAZIT We did not have to pay the full invoice after the complaint from Kulanz. I thought that was surprisingly fair, because we had eaten a lot about hunger, but still. There's no food like that. I'm absolutely disappointed."

Super breakfast ate. Great view of the port. Self-made blueberries and orange frying. Super service.

The restaurant invites you to stay with a view of the Trave. The service is friendly. In the meantime, the open kitchen is somewhat louder. The food tasted good.

Very cozy, top location on the pier, with good weather a dream. The map is very wide from the variety. Everyone should find something for themselves Fast fleeting service!

As always a pleasure when you are in Travemünde. Nicely located at the port. Great seating, nice and friendly staff! Price-performance ratio absolutely okay! Time and again! Recommend very high!!! View menu

We come to Travemünde almost every year and go to Lucifer several times. Always delicious and good quality. Whether meat, fish or salad. Even small special requests are not a problem. The staff is also very nice. You're welcome.

Very tasty and cozy, for breakfast in the week in the Stran Basket with a view of a small port. We had a nice birthday brunch day there, everything was done great by a nice team and the guests found the food and the loyalty class!

How was it here? In the morning super nice, sympathetic relaxed operation with which you can even a little joke. In the afternoon, she had a break. Your male successor probably didn't have his most beautiful Monday. But we still like to come back. Asgaard is super delicious.... View menu

Eat a few days ago with 8 people. We had not pre-ordered, and since there was very nice weather, it was unfortunately very full outside, but then got a good place inside, with very beautiful views. The waiter was very nice, the food was very tasty, sufficient and cheap portions.

During a short drive to Travemünde we visited this restaurant directly on the Trave. It extends over three floors and offers a beautiful view of the Trave and the ships there through the large window fronts. From meat to fish to some vegetarian dishes there is something on the map for everyone. There were also interesting dishes as weekly recommendations. Our food was also very delicious and cheap. Overall, the restaurant is also worth a visit because of the view.

"short review: tasty, but small pizza, friendly service – and yet the evening did not run round! 3 stars with a lot of potential. it is Friday evening, best meal shortly after 19.30 clock, when we are in the la casa, an Italian restaurant in an old villa. sitting on only one of the 8 tables and as no service is to be seen, we sit on a table for two people and wait. and wait. time for a look in detail: slobby lighting, terracotta-colored walls, matching table runners, small tealights with flickering light on the tables, paintings (landscapes, still life, flowers near the walls, which are provided with price tags and offered for sale. then finally a very nice service appears that menus that have a lot to offer: antipasti, fish and meat, pizza and pasta, salad, desserts. the text is not as good as it can be seen, as first the lighting is weak and secondly the individual pages are stuck in labye clear envelopes, which unfortunately are all but clear. a decision is made quickly. I choose my body and magenta food, vegetarian pizza (9,50 € – here called pizza verdura – and in small pils (0,3 l to 2,70 €) and wait. in the meantime 40 minutes have passed since the pizza order, my dear hangs in the knees, I am impatient, the clock shows 20.30 and we are hungry! the guests who have appeared after us are now almost ready to eat while we are still waiting. how heart lut wants to stand up after need, the service appears, apologises with many beautiful words, they have overlooked the order form. After another 10 minutes we finally get our food. the pizza is a little small, but it is filled with fresh vegetables (brukkoli, paprika, wobbles, mushrooms, tomato). the floor is rough, there is nothing to complain. Finally we order espresso, very strong, very good at 2,50 € per piece. an eject of the order should certainly not happen, but can happen once. but if such a thing happens, it would be appropriate for me to offer an espresso or a grappa as a small repair, simply as a sign of apology, good will and generousness, especially because it was a time-intensive delay. the pizzas, although small, tasted good, the service was friendly, but that when entering the permanently empty restaurants went well for 5 minutes until an operation appeared on the picture surface, we felt as disturbing as the long wait for eating and then talking kinky. 3 stars, with ach and crow, more did not come together during this visit."
