"Le risotto est à proscrire. Le plus dommage c'est que étant de la partie et ayant formulé une critique qui se voulait amicale et constructive à la patronne; rien n'a été fait pour rattraper 4 risottos repartis à moîtie pleins en cuisine: fade, balignant dans la crème, gambas limite brûlées, saint Jacques archi cuites...quant'à l'escalope milanaise trop cuite pour ne pas dire brûlée accompagnée de frites marron sombre gorgées d'huile... Voilà une bonne très EX-adresse !!!! Restons-en donc à une pisseria dont les prix pourraient être un peu plus compétitifs."

"A good table on Troyes: excellent value for money, warm welcome, impeccable service and dishes of a beautiful freshman. A beautiful lesson for some establishments with other pretensions... the framework allows great privacy despite the capacity to welcome. Warm decor, like the boss, all smiles, as well as the waiter, attentive and listening. Nice experience we will renew."

"very smiling waitress who installs us and take our order within 5 minutes. It's 7:10, 3 tables in big people... so we had time to choose. I order for myself a kir, an entrance and a dish and a quarter rosé. My daughter an ice thea and a slap. We are brought with the apero and the wine at the same time....chaud of course. The ice thea is reconstituted.... my entry arrives... a terrine.....search the error......it had to be found in the salad. my beef skewer was then suitable but the unrespected cooking....bleu c is blue and not bleeding. My daughter's **** more than grilled while it was about.....We live not far and it was our first experience and the last..... we didn't even offer water.... Tribute we who love meat.On the other hand, the waitress who was alone to manage the chef from time to time intervened....Thanks mademoiselle."

"Its very long time that I had not gone there and I must admit it: I am pleasantly surprised. From what I understood the restaurant manager changed, however the staff would have remained the same. The dishes always have the same taste, but they added the choice with two new buffets a hot and a cold. The manager had told me that he planned to change some tables and chairs because he had a lot of return to the truth. There's their new system of fidelity that I liked too, since the time I was waiting for it finally they decided to establish it.... For me, this restaurant is always at the top of its quality, and despite its age it seeks to rejuvenate. Modification: I forgot the pictures."
