Mater - Menu

We have been to Mater many times over the past years, but tonight was the best experience! Wonderful dishes. Lo spaghetto was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Thank you!!!

Sfortunatamente, non mi sono emozionato. Ho avuto grandi aspettative da questo posto, ma non tutto era il mio piacere. però grande sia l'ambiente che il servizio, ma non penso davvero di tornare!

Again a wonderful dinner at Mater. Excellent very friendly service, amazing dishes. Higlights: the spaghetto and the cervo. We will keep coming back again and again. Raffinatissimo, posizione nascosta nel cuore delle montagne casentinesi, con vista spettacolare. Gentilezza e disponibilità (hanno aperto per noi un sabato a pranzo, era un mini ricevimento di nozze). Che dire delle tante portate? (almeno 12-13):sapori nuovi, gustosissimi ed originali. this was an extraordinary culinary experience with unique aromas and decorations. my daughter was almost drunk over an incredible dessert she explained was the best she had ever eaten. the team here is very dedicated and has created something for a visit. we were in the adjacent hotel, which was also beautiful. highly recommended

What an experience my wife and I went to celebrate her birthday during a visit to the toscana. what a jewel! in the midst of this beautiful rural landscape, filled with traditional Italian restaurants, this Michelin standard gift is distinguished! although not cheap, this is one of the best meals I have ever had. the service was impeccable! Location molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli. Siamo stati accolti in modo eccellente da parte di tutto lo staff. L’aperitivo di benvenuto è stato davvero eccezionale. I piatti erano davvero bellissimi , quasi un peccato mangiarli ! I sapori si sentivano tutti! Complimenti a tutti per il lavoro svolto. Ritorneremo presto! Un caro saluto a tutti

Nel silenzio del Casentino c'è questo posto magico dove l'accoglienza e la qualità sono a livelli altissimi. Un ristorante degno della stella (che sono sicuro arriverà presto). Un percorso immersivo nei sapori del bosco, con tante sorprese che lasciano un ricordo alla bocca e ai sensi. Tante portate diverse, un uso magistrale delle erbe e fantasia nei piatti. Servizio formale ma caldo e accogliente. Complimenti a tutta la brigata, alle persone di sala e ovviamente allo Chef. Una tappa da nin perdere.

Siamo venuti per rilassarci una notte in una bellissima camera e abbiamo avuto una bellissima sorpresa nello scoprire il ristorante. Noi abbiamo preso il menù degustazione In Profondità per scoprire ancora di più il loro tipo di cucina e la ricerca che ci stanno mettendo. Chef Baroni usa molte erbe aromatiche della zona e prodotti a km 0 con molta cura e tecnica. Abbiamo aggiunto al nostro menù una degustazione di 5 vini che hanno accompagnato i piatti in maniera perfetta esaltandone il gusto. Il risultato è stato un esperienza emozionante. View menu
