Mcdonald's - Menu

As usual parts of our order were missed. Very very frustrating . All the branches are the same. Not quite sure how difficult it is to get an order right!!

This restaurant is very unhealthy with robotic service. The staff seems uninterested, even those in white shirts. This review now meets the 100 character requirement.

I parked there while eating and using my laptop but stayed longer than permitted without realising it, I could not honestly see the penalty notice signs, then got a fine in the post, I was eating from there at least 8 times a month, I won't be doing so again. I went back to check where the signs on parking penalty are, only to find one in small A3 size with small text that only a parked driver could read-but the sign was on the driveway entrance.

This McDonald's location consistently has issues with delivering food to drive-thru customers. They frequently make mistakes and do careless things. During my visit, I purchased 4 breakfast meals with hot chocolate. Instead of mixing the chocolate powder with milk, the staff just added it to hot water. It's important for customers to check their orders, especially the taste of their hot drinks, before leaving the drive-thru. The staff at this McDonald's seem to be uninterested in the quality of the food and beverages they are serving. Overall, it appears to be a poorly managed establishment.

Having been to this McDonald’s many times they still are one of my favourites. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always a smile! I really appreciate the table service (in particular as a walking stick user) and it’s still good value despite prices gone up noticeably! Unfortunately the much loved vouchers from WHSMITH for a £1.99 meal like a Big Mac or Quarterpounder with fries haven’t been seen for a long time and are sadly much missed. Including a lemonade or coke it’s now on average at least £6 to pay double of what it used to be with the voucher. Going there quite regularly, been 3 times in January for my favourite lunch… BigMac meal with chips and a coke. Even standard medium sized this is a good portion lovely tasty meal. No need to go large… and I’m a man with a pretty good appetite! Even at full price it’s very reasonable and a real bargain at £3.10 if you’re lucky enough to have a WHSMITH voucher or completed the online customer satisfaction survey on an earlier visit, even if it’s a different branch from McDonald’s. Always getting excellent service, food is brought always swiftly to the table which is a huge benefit for the user of a walking stick in a fast food restaurant. Visisted on 28/03 around 6 pm, Meals where delivered extremely quickly considering a complicated order (iced drink, hot drink, limited edition burgers) and where fresh and tasty, counter service was efficent and very friendly, resturant was very clean, when we stood up to leave carrying 2 small burgers ordered as extras we couldnt finish, the lady cleaning the resturant noticed straight away and offered to get us a takeaway bag, while we didnt need one this was very kind and considerate of her, she then offered to take the tray we had picked up tp throw away, we said we can do it but she said its no problem and took the tray from us and gave a friendly farewell, really impressed with the qau...

After placing my order, I waited 15 minutes at the counter to collect my food. Despite a busy crowd receiving their orders before me, the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. One staff member rushed off to prepare food while another disappeared to take new orders. I stood there with my ticket in hand, feeling ignored. When my food was finally handed to me, it was already cold. When I mentioned this to the staff, they rudely insinuated that it was my fault for not hearing my number being called.
