Mcdonalds Restaurants

This is the best in the area. Always get good fresh tasting food. The staff are friendly and helpful. The tables and seat are always clean

Normally only way Mcdonalds on a long journey or quick need for food on the go. Yesterday the latter meant we called at Markham moor for food.

Its relatively clean in there which is nice but the food itself is sometimes a bit stale like the bread is mostly hard and chewy. And the staff is usually polite but very worn out it looks, minimal customer effort it seems

The food at this restaurant is delicious and satisfying for a quick meal. We tried the takeaway breakfast wraps with a Latte and really enjoyed it, especially considering the reasonable price. The restaurant also has ample parking available.

The food was great and we enjoyed the table service. Our grandchildren finished all their dinner, but we had an issue with the tablets on the tables. Out of the four tablets, only one was working properly. This caused some argument among the grandchildren, and the other working tablet was upside down.

Took my daughter and a little girl she was caring for though the drive through. Ordered a happy meal and milkshake for daughter and a cheeseburger for me. Average service by a disinterested youngster as expected, what was unexpected was the blue plastic in my burger, but tasteless and a bit crunchy ah well in Farnsfield by the time I began to eat it , so too late. Back to Burger King then!

Came midweek lunchtime through the drive thru, there was no queue. Was asked to park in a bay because they needed a bit longer to “heat up my apple pie”...we waited OVER 5 minutes for them to heat up an apple pie ...and when a member of staff brought out our food all we got was a “Here you go.” No apology for our wait and not even a smile. I think you need to teach your staff about manners.

Running a little late one lunchtime so called in for a McDs. Firstly it was difficult to find a seat, just got one but had to wait while it was cleaned. My wife and I ordered a normal meal deal, so nothing special. I know I should have said something but I was very hungry, the fries were limp, curling up and luke warm. The burger was tasteless and semi cold. The coffee was hot and tasty. I wish there had been a microwave for a quick blast to warm up the burger but it would have been no good for the fries. By the way why do they put salt on the fries for some of us it spoils the taste.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald's on Nottingham Road in Mansfield today. I went with my 6-year-old daughter for a happy meal. After ordering and waiting for our meal to be served, I tried to find a place to sit. The restaurant was busy because of the school holidays, which I expected, but it was made worse by a large table full of face paints and modelling balloons. It seemed like they were meant to entertain the kids, but the people at the table were too busy on their phones to actually interact with the children. Just when I thought I had found a table available, a staff member told me I couldn't sit there because I hadn't been waiting long enough. She claimed there were people...
