Absolutely terrible! They forgot to include a whole £6 burger from our order and only gave us a £1.70 refund! The food that did arrive was awful – it was completely cold, and the burger was drenched in cheese, which was disgusting! This is not how you treat customers! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The service was equally impressive, also deserving a 5—attentive and friendly staff made me feel welcomed throughout my meal. Lastly, the atmosphere was charming and inviting, earning another 5.
