A good choice on the set menu at a very reasonable price. Our waitress was professional, attentive and very efficient. We all enjoyed the whole experience.

I was very much looking forward to our evening at Middleton's, I had been before for a Sunday lunch and loved it so much my friends brought me a £75 voucher, I used this as part of my birthday celebrations. I was very disappointed, my order was missing 2 items, we ordered an other bottle of wine that eventually arrived when we were about to leave, it felt cold and uninviting. View menu

Disaster warned it would take 40 mins for food, drinks took 30 mins to be served, starters 1hr, then after 2hrs waiting the steaks arrived none had been cooked properly and were sent back. Waiting staff didn't keep us informed and ignored requests to see where food was. Manager stepped in at the end to sort, by then was too late. Lovely venue, but they have a grill chef that can't cook steak!

It was our first time dining here and unfortunately the last time. The service we received in all honesty was probably the worst that we had ever experienced. Right from the start we knew it wasn’t going to be good when the guy said “we will try and get you seated as close to 8.30 as we can” Once the food order was taken the waiter said that there was a was going to be a short wait on food coming out…. It actually took around 45 minutes for the starters to arrive and a further 45 mins for the mains to arrive. There was no attempt to let us know what the delay was or apologies. We arrived at our booking time of 7:30 and were seated promptly and ordered drinks, shortly after we ordered food. Two starters took an hour to come, we had to chase them for it. Mains then arrived at 10, after having to chase them for it again. Hardly any communication from the staff, waitresses are very unprofessional and treat you like a friend (not in a good way) rather than a customer paying for a meal. Waitresses look confused a lot of time too and seem like they don’t understand what they should be doing. Food was good and the only saving grace was the manager.
