"After we were ignored for almost 10 minutes in the almost empty restaurant, we had to download the Miss Pepper app and order at the table using the QR code. Drinks only came with the food after another 15 minutes. Without cutlery. After asking, after another 3 minutes and 3 colleagues involved, we finally got cutlery and were able to eat. The food was okay. But the service was very bad. For the prices that are quoted, we at least expect good and friendly service. We won't be back for a while."
