Two of us spend a good amount for a nice date without the kids, and the place half empty at 9:00 when we get to dessert and coffee. So they take our last order, but then we ask ourselves to move into the bar area to eat our dessert while there are many tables available, and no one is queuing outside. It would have been 10 minutes to finish our meal. Bad judgment, that means that we turned our messages to friends and said we should go with them to “do not disturb, **** customer service”. Attention. They are not the most important that customers are. This is the only reason you exist. The food was fantastic although... Oh well, there are many (better) options to choose from in London!"

Put us next to a loud speaker waiters barely came around, knew nothing about the wines. Over priced, tried to charge me £100 to cancel when running 30 minutes late.

Great atmosphere but service was poor. We went as a couple and all the attention was provided to the large groups. We pretty much had to ask to order, ask for desert menus, ask to order deserts, ask for more drinks etc etc

Thank you Lucio for making our night so much fun. The food and service was incredible and there’s a really nice relaxed atmosphere with all the staff making you feel really welcome. The Ceviche selection is a must but it’s much more food than you’d expect !!

Perfect place if you want some drinks or to party. We went for dinner and our experience was very unpleasant. Our table was right behind the speaker so we even couldn’t talk nor hear the waiter. We ordered a few dishes… not really recommended, all food was average and overpriced. I’d definitely recommend it as a great party place.

The food was cheap and not good. Music was really loud and we could hardly hear each other. Massive over price. The cocktails were tiny, with a shot. The waiter asked for additional tip as he does not get much of the service fee. It's all terrible. Also the duck salad is literally a tesco bag with salad and the small amount of duck you get was slightly warmed over a day old again from the refrigerator. In addition, the prawn tempura is from a cheap pub.
