"There are no words.... Actually there are plenty, but I do not have enough time to write them. On Ischia there is a mountain, at the base of that mountain you start your 40 minute climb to try to reach the top of that mountain. It is very difficult to get there. I was traveling with a Russian, German, Spanish, and Italian friends. We all decided to climb this mountain. At one point we were out of breath, I look up to the very top, and see umbrellas. I said to myself Who the hell would live up here!!!! Little did I know, it was not a residence, but a restaurant that was at the tip of the mountain top! I urged everyone to keep climbing (I mean, we came this far! and we hiked up to the restaurant. I then said to myself, Who would put a restaurant up here!!! Who does your plumbing! I never got the answers to my questions. I did however hiked up to the very top of the mountain (so scary then sat at the restaurant with an espresso, applauding myself for making it to the top in one piece. A funny note... There were three tables near the edge of the cliff to sit at that had reserved signs on them. There was nobody there but us. I said to myself Who the hell makes reservations here!!!!"

"The service, food and of course the Ambiente was perfect. We both had the spaghetti frutte di mare and of course the spaghetti have been cooked perfectly but also the mussels where just cooked right not to speak about the sauce. "The Aragonese restaurant is physically beautiful with rooftop views of the Aragonese Castle lit at night and amazing sea views. The food is superb because it is different than the traditional Italian cuisine that you can get anywhere it’s a gourmet experience beautifully presented with a different handcrafted ceramic plates and platters and bowls with each course. The chef’s take great pride in the food and presentation and the food and wine selection are fabulous! The service is flawless and friendly at the same time. All of the wait staff take great care of each and every customer. We ate at the Ristorante Aragonese last year and Otto (head waiter) remembered us and made us feel so welcomed back that is remarkable to remember us from one year ago ! Otto makes sure that your dining experience is unforgettable and he is top notch !! Try Ristorante Aragonese you will not be disappointed. We will be returning soon ! "recommended! I was at dinner at this restaurant with friends and we had a nice evening. the location is rustic but well maintained. I happened to visit places where rustic was synonymous with dust and little attention to detail, but it is absolutely not the case, the place is in fact very nice and has tables both inside and outside, and I am sure that in summer it is even better. Let's talk about food now: the starter of the house is very rich, varied and with quality products (you can notice from the photos. Cute the fact that in addition to the bread, a hot focaccia is also served to accompany the appetizer. meat: we ordered different types of cutters (to mushrooms, to the columned lard and with ladders and roaring tomatoes). the meat was really good, tender and salty at the right point. having divided the course into two, we started to ask for a different kitchen despite the cut was one and we were satisfied. the sweet: I took a sort of semi-freddo to the pistachio. That's the thing that hit me less, but it was still good. Let's talk about the cost now: I think prices are right for what is served, especially for the quality of meat. there were offered coffee and bitter."

"Soggiornare a Villa Neptunus per le nostre vacanze ischitane è stata la migliore scelta che potessimo fare! La villa si trova in un luogo incantevole, un po' nascosto (ma comunque facilmente accessibile), immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. inoltre, il fatto di essere in un punto sopraelevato fa sì che ci sia una vista sul mare stupenda e dei tramonti mozzafiato! Tutto è molto curato, dalle stanze alle terrazze con tavoli e sedute maiolicate, piscine, fontane e piante a perdita d'occhio! Il personale è davvero accogliente e attento e in generale si respira un'atmosfera allegra e vacanziera! le sere in cui ci siamo fermati a mangiare non ci hanno affatto deluso, anzi, c'era un'ampia scelta e in particolare il pesce era freschissimo! infine, come ciliegina sulla torta c'erano le colazioni, sia per le torte (buonissime), sia, soprattutto, per la ragazza che si occupava della sala e degli ospiti con una gentilezza e una premura davvero uniche! Insomma, dopo tanti anni sull'isola siamo stati davvero felici di scoprire questa sistemazione e non vediamo già l'ora di tornarci!"
