"hello, I don't know where so many positive reviews come from. we were 5 nights there. room service is not available. bets were not made, mülleimer were not taught and towel change there is also not. when I spoke this on the departure day, the chefin said we need to bring our müll down and then we would get a new müll bag and then have to put it in the mülleimer. the same with the hand towels. the cut was placed on a dish at the breakfast without cooling on the table. guests who only wanted to drink were sent away again, with the note only what they can drink elsewhere. without expensive food there was nothing. the only positive, the rooms were clean when checking in. also the note that a deep garage can be used is not correct. this is not intended for guests. but it will be advertised. we travel a lot, but we haven't seen anything like that yet. not to recommend everything in all."

we can't say anything to the hotel, as we have only visited the restaurant so far. this, however, is very often and over many years. eating is fantastic. the interieur has come something into the years, but as we find a pleasant cozyness. the service is always mega friendly. you can only hope that we can eat there for many years. unbeatable price-performance ratio. the weeping people are very nice and attentive. breakfast has everything you need extra salmon and kaviaim in-house restaurant you eat tasty and inexpensive, large portions. rooms are nicely renovated. all in all very sensitive. hotel is located in the center of Alteau but very quiet. in-house parking available free of charge. edeka supermarket around the corner. You need cash in several shops and restaurants, there is no cash machine, a little retro here what I liked very well.
