"Unfortunately this was really disappointing on all levels. I wouldn 't recommend it sadly. The welcome was underwhelming and peremptory. The service and food were similar. I had a very bland pasta Pappardella al Funghi Porcini. We are lucky enough to have a few excellent Italian and Sicilian restaurants in our hometown in the NE of England and this is usually one of my favourite meals. This one did not compare. The Husband fared better with his hamburger with truffled egg. I am sure their pizza would have been good but we had enjoyed pizza the previous night so wanted a change. Also, although the terrace was on a busy street which was great for people watching; the negative was that we were plagued by an AWFUL group of musicians whose music drowned out any hope of conversation and there was also the standard guy trying to sell roses. Both of those things made this venue feel a bit of a tourist trap which was a shame. Food quality and restaurant experience is VERY important to us when on this sort of holiday and Morgan Ristorante failed on both counts but maybe we caught them on an off night. Sorry."

Excellent pizza. In fact, the best we have had a in a very long time. Only disappointment was the lack of friendliness from the service staff and also the tiramisu was decidedly average. Couldn’t taste any coffee or Marsala and it was very dry.

Da Morgan non si sbaglia mai. Si mangia bene ed il personale è cortese ed educato. Ottimi i primi e buona la pizza. Cmq tutto quello che ho provato da quando lo frequento è sempre buono. Vi conviene sempre prenotare però, xke trovare posto è davvero un'impresa, soprattutto quando si vuole cenare fuori

Siamo ritornati dopo un po' causa COVID. Le pizze ed i suoi impasti ottimi.il servizio impeccabile ed aver ritrovato Antonello dopo quasi 10 anni ed averlo riconosciuto dopo la sua precedente esperienza lavorativa è stata una bella sorpresa. Sono questi i ristoranti che voglio frequentare.Educazione, professionalità e charme.

Il ristorante è situato all'interno di una struttura scavata nella roccia, molto suggestivo e particolare. Il cibo molto buono e particolare. Io ho preso come antipasto le cicoriette su crema di fave dentro a una forma di pane di Matera. Come primo ho preso gli spaghettoni al postaccio, stracciatella e tartare di tonno. Deliziosi! Mio padre invece delle schorzette alle cime di rapa, che sono state molto apprezzate. Consigliatissimo!

We were on a mission to find a fabulous pizza and this restaurant didn’t disappoint. From basic to fancy with several different base choices there was something for everyone. The pizza menu was extensive but I was still a little awkward as I wanted a meat substitute on the one I fancied the most. My request was accommodated with a smile and service was friendly and effilent throughout. We didn’t sample anything else on the menu but sneaking a look at what others were eating, it all looked delicious.
