"if there were six stars, you should give them. the italian is a really great restaurant in cuddly. there are very, very good eating to more than fair trips. the personal is very attentive and friendly, especially the chefin of the house is more hostess than wetin. it is very close to the guests and wants everyone to feel comfortable. also the wee are recommended. while most other Italian restaurants are supposedly good weine (as chianti or valpolicella) from oversized bottles, the Italian wine from the home region of chefin does not offer these shining by big names, but by taste. Summing up: such a local is rare!"

"Last time we went to Schanz, the restaurant had 2 Michelin stars. Last year they we're honoured with a third one, so reason enough for us to verify if it was better than last time. The restaurant and decoration didn't change, so we we hopen that Michelin gave the extra star for the food. And yes masterchef Thomas Schanz has created, in my opinion 2 new signature dishes. His golden egg is still a devine appetiser, but he created a new one with mackerel and abricot. And then a sublime dessert with orange and olive. Once again Thomas and the whole team serve that third star."

"A restaurant that stands out from other restaurants nearby. This applies to the facilities and especially to the dishes offered. For this reason, we were here again for food on our holiday in the neighboring Trittenheim. All dishes were very tasteful and great. We ate steak and fish and it was always very delicious. The service was always very friendly and well-launted. Our dog was also welcome here. The ride was no problem at all.Parking: There are various free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity."

"Salad with prawns of hammer! Smooth recommendation! Tomato soup in itself also super delicious; only without cheese and less rosemary or/and thyme, then it would have been perfect for us. Extra wishes are not accepted. The spghetti Bucoaiola, on the other hand, is not so tingling: too soft cooked noodles and without much taste. Outside is nice to sit. Unfortunately, neither the dry red wine nor the rosé tasted half dry. Lambrusco or similar does not lead this Italian."

"I can absolutely not understand the good reviews here at google about this restaurant. we chose this restaurant because of the good reviews and were simply disproportionately disappointed. that it comes to this season, fly more frequently, because of the weinlese is ok. but here it was really bad! in no other restaurant where we were, it was as bad as here. the staff was not really friendly and the food was not delicious. hard meat and very sweet dressed."
