Discovered by a friend from the area, this restaurant has surprised us with more than one title. already, it is one of those boats that once sailed on the lake of neuchâtel located a few hundred meters away. the restaurant is a boat. not on a boat. it is the boot that was pulled out of the nearby lake in 1965 and turned into a part of a building. very friendly and efficient service. at the end of our meal, a quick...visit every table of the owner and cook that is rare in these days, and a real necessity to know if everything went well (as I mentioned, we were newcomer.) also very excited to talk about local fish. the restaurant pushes for local products that is always beautiful. excellent forellenfilets, hirschmedaillons, rindersteak and pork. cooked for perfection. good local pinot noir and local beer to accompany this great meal. would be nice to have a better standard of riders. will be back.
