The very young service personnel were clearly overwhelmed with his task (the search for wine card was confirmed after a break of thought; When the other tables of the room also asked about the wine map, the hesitation became clear to us: there was only one card for the entire room! The plates were laid over the table, neither water nor wine were presented. A guest asked about the menu due to a seafood allergy. This was agreed on request in the kitchen.
