Amazing food; incredible pizza!!!! Lovely staff with lovely manners; always polite and I would recommend the garlic mayo as it is amazing. Definitely the best pizza in the Midlands!!!! View menu

Please don't bother unless you're in the habit of assembling your own kebab. Turns up cold, naan bread missing (essential for a lamb donner in naan) Lamb questionable, tasted more like spam . The additional salad ordered turned up in a thimble. Fries not worth...bothering with. Very disappointing. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Came in last night 18th December to be greeted by a young girl with brown hair who consistently thought it was appropriate to call us P***yholes, I thought the behaviour was not acceptable and discouraging to come back in if customers are greeted this way...then why should we spend money there the food was quality as usual cannot fault it but the behaviour is not acceptable.

last night I ordered pizza on the website, I ordered it for my son. I always order a big pizza. on my order I added truthahn ham to the margarita, which was not added and when the pizza arrived, it was that...bad it was in the ground just teig and cheese. I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and that was the same. I had pizza from here for years and they were always the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. really disappointed I really hope they take my review on board. View menu

Ordered through uber eats, around 7pm was estimated a 4550 min wait time, they took nearly a hour and half and there wasn't tracking available on uber eats either, food came and it was cold, cheesy fries were dissapointing half the cheese was melted half...wasn't didn't really taste good either, bbq chicken tikka burger same sort of deal wasn't tasty was cold and the cheesy garlic bread was just soggy and tasteless as a first time going to this takeaway I'm super dissapointed

I and my partner always used nanzza and it was always great. the last few paintings we ordered (via uber iss), it was terrible! eating is cold, cheese has not even melted on the frits and only half is...covered, salat on the burger when asked without, in the regular much in the kebab and naan, but there was hardly kebab meat. definitiw my custom lost and we will not order again from nanzza! it is not worth it for the money they pay, and when they put it on, they are simply not important!

"This was our first visit. I have to remind myself that this is a training environment for students but there should be someone in charge, who is identifiable to direct the students on how to present a menu and how to place a dish in front of customers. However, four courses for £35, amuse bouche counted for one course. Amouse bouche lacked any seasoning, orzo starter, well cooked but again lacked seasoning. My wife had fish, Coley, which was nice. I had chicken breast on a bed of curry sauce with hassleback potatoes. My whole dish was luke warm at best, the curry sauce was overpowering, and the hassleback potatoes were not crispy. The chicken was lovely and moist and I ordered a side of triple cooked chips which were super hot, expensive at £4, I only wish the rest of my dish was that hot. I had cheese and biscuits which consisted of Brie, blue cheese and cheddar together with chutney. My wife had Pain Perdue which was well presented and tasty. The restaurant is more like a cafe, not cosy, so don't choose it if you want a romantic evening. Overall would I go again? probably not. If you are ever near the Lake district try to book a table in the restaurant at Kendal College. On a final note; there is parking on an evening next to the college. Drive up to the barrier and press the call button, security will let you in. The barrier opens automatically on exit."
