Not been to the navigation for about 22years wont be leaving it that long next time the food was beautiful proper home cooked food the landlady is very welcoming the pub is spotless and the service was lovely will definitely be going again

This used to be our favourite ‘go to’ place always reliable for quality of food, service atmosphere. However we went last night usually you can’t get a table) the prices are a little eye watering!! Scampi and chips £18, fish and chips 15 my husband was nt keen on the fish) £16 for ox cheek which just came in a large amount of gravy with chopped carrots. Nearly all the traditional dishes were around £12.95. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I cannot fault this Inn! Having wanted to visit the Navi for a few years after visiting the area. I finally got around to it this weekend. What a treat! The Inn is very welcoming and cosy as soon as you walk in and has been finished to a high standard. However, the true gem in the crown is the food! A great selection to meet any requirements and a fantastic list of specials! All the food was delicious, and I would highly recommend it to all! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We've been here a handful of times in the past few months and it literally never fails. Absolutely gorgeous food great service great drinks great atmosphere there's not a bad thing to say about it! With most people struggling for money at the moment you want to feel as though you've not wasted money going out and you genuinely don't here. It's so lovely we've lived every trip. Been to a few other pubs for food recently and it just confirms how amazing the Navigation Inn is. Defo worth a visit

A very friendly welcome from Sue, the lady that runs the pub!! She gave us lots of choices and advised us on the best real ales and food choices. The food was all homemade and my husband and I had a small cottage pie which came with a side of beetroot! Extremely delicious our two friends had the steak pie and chips and the chilli chicken with skinny fries. We all cleared our plates… portion sizes are generous. It is service with a smile throughout and we would definitely return !! An extremely pleasant experience. Will try a dessert next time!!
