we thought after reading some reviews in the advance of our wismar visit.So we returned full of expectation and were not disappointed in the contrary we were very satisfied and felt very well in the upper deck.Start from the service which was extremely nice and attentive to eating naturally fish and the matching wee was a completely successful evening even if we were to be ordered again for wismar at the upper level

the great location at the harbour with the super view from the first floor is already very charming, as well as the snorkelless yet warm and modern ambiente look very harmonious, uplifted and elegant. the service knows itself in its compartment and is unobtrusively competent very accommodating. the open kitchen makes lust to watch. eating is sensational and testifies of great can the cook. whether a menu is set in three or four courses or from the super-assembled menu, whether fish, whether meat, everything is perfectly set in scene. it's true for the hos! and we'll be back soon!

we had fried dorschfilet and scholle finkenwerder art. both eaten very well; also the supplements were absolutely great! the salate was fresh! I wasn't actually a fish fan before, but now is my absolute favorite meat dish. in front of the main food we were crowned as "Great from the kitchen" a raw heringssalat with island bread; just delicious! we are absolutely thrilled by this restaurant: very tasty dining, friendly and courteous service - uniquely nice personal, very nice ambience!The restaurant is unrestricted to recommend at any time! we are looking forward to our next Wismar stay and our visit in the top deck! before it went home, we returned to the top deck. the actual top, so the first floor, was not open, so we sat outside. the food is collected inside, there are long theks with fish, fish rolls, drinks etc. you take a plastic tray and give up the order. this creates something that is the impression of an kantine. Once the order has been abandoned and paid, you will receive a recipient who vibrates and blinks as soon as the food is ready. this recipient has the shape of a lobster, so fits the fish restaurant and is not as boring as in other franchise restaurants. After a short waiting period, you can get some food. in my case it was fish and chips, not in a paper bag, especially on a teller.
