"After a long beach run we always turn in at leysieffer in kampen on a good gaiter. this year we were irritated because there were no leysieffer fahnen wehten and with odin we knew nothing to start. we still came in and were totally surprised. all in the new look and a wonderful, manageable menu and quite civilian prizes. we then ate 1/2 kg of garnel (per person!) and these were just delicious. the amount you can't eat alone. the service was very friendly and helpful and all the tables were occupied. they could have used a little help in the service. the chef also applies a special lob. 2 days later we came back extra and fed again very well. in the next holiday we will definitely come back."

the new management appears very dedicated and competent. the offer of food and drinks is extensive and fairly calculated.

the odin is right next to the gogärtchen,a hearty local inside and outside,I can say nothing about eating because we were having coffee in the afternoon and cakes there, however, were very well tasted also the service very good and friendly staff.

again we wanted to return here (november 2016 and March 2017), but we were always standing in front of closed doors. hints on the homepage said something different! and so, even through constant change of the pächter, no customer connection can be built up.

we have eaten very well here. sushi, muscheln and caesars salad are highly recommended. also the in-house white wine at a fair price was good. the service despite seasonal attentive and nice. price, performance in order.Gerne again. only the toilets you could give a little more attention, not the hang sign.

Usually we don't look for our food on the stream in kampen. the odin we tried and were not disappointed. very good kitchen to appropriate trips. the garnels are hardly to be created alone. the makrele was well done. the menu offers a good choice, the ambiente is kept in bistro style. on the wine card would have to be worked. service friendly and unobtrusive.

actually the beach hike should be continued, but the rising snow rain drove us to odin, a kind of self-service bistro. there is a rich selection of cake, even a small warm meal can be taken. There are several dishes available in hot tubs, but we had a warm liquid. the personal is very friendly, you order and pay at the courts to look for a table. sitting on a baroque can then be eaten and drink in rest, warm up to then continue. It is now snowy.

the odin under new leadership.............and this very fresh. we were there twice in the afternoon, the famous large outdoor area just freshly renovated. very appealing the map with small things from the island region, cheese, oysters, mussels, scampiss, salads.... but also cakes and a successful selection of wines and limonades. all freshly prepared and very well prepared and prepared. the hammer are the giant campi with tomato and garlic from the wok with three different dips, but also the mussels in the light Tai-Curry sud are very beautiful. the cesars salat as well to recommend.......very friendly and endeavored service......Great wish and all good for the future!

"We chose to try out this restaurant after all the wonderful reviews and I guess that is the problem with reading reviews. You go with high expectations. We ordered two different burgers and a portion of the house fries. The meat was very good and done medium, just like they stated in the menu. Excellent. The veggies that came with the burger were very fresh. I had the bacon burger. Unfortunately, I felt that the burger was spoilt by the sauce. There was just too much of a creamy sauce at the bottom, on the bread, and because the rucola and fried onions were stuck to it, I couldn't really scrape it off cos I wanted to eat the lovely veggies and onions. The other burger, the Jalapeno burger, was good and the jalapenos were really spicy. :)I felt the big disappointment were the homemade fries. They seem to have been made of mashed potato, piped into hot oil. The mash soaked up the oil while being fried and came out as strings of oil-soaked, crunchy 'fries'. If you order these, you mustn't be someone who eats healthily cos one portion of these fries will kill any diet you've been working on.Didn't try anything else but the lady at the next table ordered a bratwurst and she said it was good. The seating area in the garden is lovely. I'd recommend going to this restaurant but avoid the homemade fries if you are health conscious and tell them to put the sauce on the side."
