"A GROCERY-SNAKE SHOP-BAR, A PLACE FOR DELICIOUS SNACKS AND COLD DISHES I don't know how to define it, but it doesn't matter. A pleasant discovery, for quick, tasty and fresh lunches in summer. I have a couple of clients in Ospedaletto, in the artisan area. And in the last few weeks I stopped by chance at Officina del Gusto: never had a coincidence been more propitious. Kind and quick people, behind a counter stocked with everything, will prepare sandwiches and squashes for you on the spot with whatever you want. Choose the bread, the sandwich or the schiacciata (very good, like the one at Del Punta . And you can choose from a wide selection of cured meats, cheeses and pickles as a filling. And this would already be enough. Instead, in another part of the counter you can find cold first courses such as salads (salad to be dressed with tuna, mozzarella and tomatoes, etc. or trays with spelled and vegetables or tomatoes and onion, rice salads, to be finished seasoning with the addition of ingredients of your choice. Or dishes like octopus and potatoes, green beans and shrimp and things like that. I tried spelled with vegetables from a local company and cold rice. I was able to add some tuna and tomatoes. Accompanying it is a small piece of that delicious flatbread I mentioned above. A bottle of water. Equipment with paper placemat and napkin. Very good for the eyes, stomach and legs! Beautiful counters, equipped with cold cuts and sausages, the first, foods portioned in trays, in the other; food prepared very well, and with taste.
