"He ido muchas veces al Olaizola y la comida siempre muy bien, recomendable. Sin embargo, es difícil de entender un trato muy malo. Hoy hemos ido sin reserva, y no había sitio, lógico. Cuando he preguntado a la chica, directamente me ha señalado hacia una mesa. Bueno, eso pensaba yo. Pero, no. Me estaba señalando la puerta de salida, mientras repetía que estaban completos. Creo que la buena comida no debe de estar reñida con la buena educación, ni con el buen trato al cliente. No pido nada especial, solo que la atención al cliente sea más cuidada. Se me han quitado las ganas de volver en una temporada..."

Excellent establishment in a stunning setting, very friendly staff and food to die for These days it's only open at weekends including Friday and all the locals seem to flock in which is always a good sign

Even having a lot of people, they treated them quickly and kindly.They have a variety of products and prices for all the wallets. As a counterpoint I have to say that I couldn't wet in my fried eggs, they were snuck. that I disgot.. ..more rich.

Excelente parada a realizar después de unos momentos de pedaleo en el carril-bici que se haya situado a pocos metros. Buena comida casera a buen precio. Entre semana hay menú del día por unos 9€, también se puede degustar de un buen plato de berza/alubias/morcilla y chorizo por 10€.

We very much liked the food, especially ‘la chuleta’, very generous portions. All of our queries about the menu were answered in a way that we felt we were family. It’s the only restaurant around that offers it’s own big parking space and it’s FREE of charge. There is a lovely ‘small river’ by the restaurant, perfect for SUMMER days and ideal for FAMILY with KIDS The building is exceptional, and the views are unbeatable. Highly Recommend! 5*
