"My visit to the Old Wild West in Porta di Roma turned out to be a rather frustrating experience, one of those evenings that puts your patience to the test. The slowness of the service was so exasperating that it made the concept of waiting time a real challenge to patience, almost as if time had stretched beyond any reasonable limit. The staff, although numerically adequate, seemed mired in a bureaucracy worthy of the slowest administrations, reminiscent of the efficiency of a post office on a bad day, if not worse. The process of taking orders turned into a sort of odyssey, with the waiters looking more like explorers in search of lost treasures than restaurant professionals. At times, the products you searched for seemed to vanish into thin air, with the result that placing a simple order became a record-breaking feat, taking up to ten minutes. To add to the frustration, there were also errors in the dishes served, such as the mix-up between baked potatoes and fried potatoes, which in other circumstances would have been negligible, but which in this context only added salt to the wound. In spite of everything, it must be admitted that the quality of the dishes served was good, a glimmer of excellence in a sea of inefficiencies. However, this small consolation is not enough to compensate for the structural flaws of the overall experience. To further aggravate the situation, the restaurant does not participate in the loyalty program, thus denying customers the opportunity to accumulate points and obtain any benefits to endure the lengthy service. Another genuinely positive element was the cashier, whose friendliness and friendliness offered momentary relief from the general atmosphere of frustration. His friendly presence was a small but significant light in an evening otherwise shadowed by countless mix-ups. In conclusion, if you don 't have a surplus of time and patience, this place is probably not for you. Indeed, the experience requires a resilience and calm that go far beyond normal expectations for a night out for dinner."

Oh well, it was Saturday for lunch, apart from the long queue, but waiting once seated at the table, for about half an hour without being able to order, despite three reminders is truly absurd, it has never happened in the other places in the chain. We had to leave after eating a few peanuts. If it wasn't in a shopping center, a guarantee of customers, it would have closed.
