"Ich wohne schon länger in Stederdorf, bin aber zu meinem Leidwesen erst kürzllich das erste mal in der Osteria zu Gast gewesen. Beim Betreten überraschte das gemütliche, stilvolle Ambiente mit passender musikalischer Untermalung(italienische Musik, nicht wie so oft irgendein krachiger Radiosender). Im Eingangsbereich saßen 2 ältere italienische Herren die freundlich grüßten. Sehr freundliche Bedienung kommt als nächstes hinzu. In der Karte sind Fotos zu sehen, auf denen die "Handarbeit" der Küche dokumentiert ist(Teigkneten etc.) wird. Der Focus liegt hier auf dem Kochhandwerk und das alles aus frischen Zutaten selber zuzubereitet wird. Beim Essen hat man keinen Zweifel mehr daran. Sei es z.B. die Pizza, die Geflügelgerichte oder die Lasagne, alles schmeckt frisch, nicht überwürzt, echt italienisch eben. Ich konnte das an dem Abend von Freunden probieren, selber hatte ich die Lasagne. Sehr lecker und sämtlichen in der Umgebung befindlichen Italienern weit überlegen. Eine Weinhandlung ist hier ebenso inkludiert. Im Sommer kann man in bestem Ambiente zudem wunderbar draussen sitzen, es handelt sich um ein restauriertes Fachwerkhaus mit besonderem Charme, der Besitzer hat hier weder Kosten noch Mühen gescheut. Das gilt auch für den Innenraum mit Holzfußboden und den hervorragend sauberen, stilvoll hergerichteten WC Räumen. Also alles in allem ein echter Geheimtip, wir sind auf jeden Fall künftig Stammgäste. Viele Grüße und "Buon Appetito"."

"I cannot agree with some other reviews, because from what this restaurant (offers), other restaurants can cut one piece: The ambience is artistically decorated in Vietnamese style. You should not be surprised if there are wooden chairs and benches without backrest and wooden tables. On request, the operation SOFORT is sufficient for a seat cushion as a support. The service is so much better that it can hardly be: Operation is fast at the table and picks up drinks. Appetizers (if desired) are also served quickly at the table. The food was at the table without great waiting time. The quality of all dishes, including dessert, was very high. We ate there Wan Tan soup and baked Wan Tan as an appetizer, chicken meat (unfortunately I no longer know the hearty sauce) with fried noodles and duck with curry/ocook sauce and fried rice. As dessert baked bananas in honey and mochi (ice) in coconut skin. Conclusion: Great quality of our food. It is not an ordinary restaurant, I would call it 'high' class, with the prices being absolutely fine. Unlimited recommendation if you are on such courts."

"Die Größe des Restaurants war riesig und es war auch gut besucht, offensichtlich kam es gut bei den Gästen an. Aber wer schon in Asien gegessen hat, weiß, dass dies noch weit davon entfernt ist. Die Suppe hat mir nicht besonders geschmeckt, das Salatbuffet war auch nicht umwerfend, die kleine Sushi Auswahl war nicht schlecht. Die fertigen Gerichte haben mich nicht überzeugt, sie waren nur scharf und schmeckten sehr nach Sojasoße. Man konnte allerdings auch rohes Fleisch oder Fisch aussuchen u. frisch zubereiten lassen. Zum Nachtisch gab es Obst, Kuchen oder Eis, das Eis schmeckte gar nicht und war sehr weich. Das Buffet kostete 16.90 €, so teuer habe ich es noch nicht gesehen."

"The Haerke Brewery is a nice pub located in the city center. Enjoy the local brewed beer. Together with an excellent Schnitzel, you have a great lunch or dinner. I had a Jaegerschnitzel which comes with mushrooms, creamy sauce and salad. A recommendation for a great and affordable meal."
