He made us feel like we were the only ones he served. we went for the 6-speed shoe that was devine. The new formula with only tasting menus is interesting very rewarding. I tried the 7 course one. It was a real gastronomic journey with a fascinating mixture of spices, aromas textures. My only criticism is that the portions needs to be a bit smaller because it feels like too much food in the end, something that could be avoided with slightly smaller portions. Still a highly recommended gastronomic experience.
