The staff was very motivated and entertaining, we received an excellent service. Also the wine list was impressive and we received a good advice with the selection of wines. Una bellissima scoperta. Cucina piemontese di ottima qualità, ho provato la carbonara di lumache (eccezionale) e un brasato davvero buono. Superbi anche i dolci! Personale gentile e attento al cliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Vincenzo, il mio amico che di seconda professione fa l’Enogastronomico, mi propone l’osteria La Rosa di Cherasco (cn). Il locale è noto per la specialità delle lumache. Infatti, dagli antipasti al secondo è stato un gustare dei piatti con preparazioni particolari. Bellissimo posticino dove assaporare gusti piemontesi veri in un'atmosfera rilassante. Gentilissimi e bravissimi i titolari che ti consigliano con molta accuratezza. Ottimo l'aperitivo di benvenuto e il dolcino a fine pasto. Funghi fritti e vitello tonnato eccezionali. Plin alla lepre delizioni. Prezzi adeguati. Non capisco la lamentela del coperto visto che viene ampiamente ripagato da quanto offerto Consigliatissimo
