Or else let Luca (the owner) choose for you. We tried Toma and Mela both were a rare treat. Focaccia based pizza does feel unusual, but this is surely THE place to try it. "Placed in one of the most beautiful city of Italy, here you can really taste what a good dish is in Italy. Prices are good compared to the really high quality of food. If you don 't know what to ask for I suggest Casereccia Taleggio e Salsiccia and Galletto ai Ferri , but everything is exceptional due to the ingredients (A lot is KM zero) and the skills of the Chef Emanuele.
