Pak Lee - Menu

Food is amazing yum yum, update its now very expensive and not so good, in my opinion

First time and last time worst chow mien I’ve ever had and ended up with really upset stomach

I miss Pak Lee. Chinese cuisine in the US is not as good as it is in the UK and I miss Pak Lee the most.

Tasty but sometimes over-salted spoiling an otherwise good Chinese takeaway. Reasonably priced and quite speedy on delivery.

Pak Lee is definitely the best Chinese in Inverclyde I live Port Glasgow and Chinese are all rubbish but Pak Lee is my FAVOURITE I LOVE IT SIMPLY THE BEST

Fantastic take away... entrance and waiting area was very clean and welcoming, food order didn't take long at all , Price was very reasonable and the food was lush.. we were only visiting while on a break... but I'd definitely recommend this takeaway.. 5

Shocking, food took one hour 3/4 to arrive, cold obviously, soggy chips, spring rolls soggy, mushrooms were no way fresh…. everything had to be reheated to make it possibly edible … which it wasn’t and ended up chucking it out….will not even phone to complain as this is the last order I give to pak lee, what has happened it used to be delicious and would arrive within half an hour , lovely fresh ingredients…. Nup yet another customer you’ve lost

Went back to Pak lee for the first time in two years last night for a Chinese meal. Sadly the meal was not upto scratch, asked for a chicken dish and the chicken was cold in some spots and he vegetables were rock hard, asked for fried rice only got both boiled and fried in the now reduced tinfoil pack definitely not Pak Lee quality of the past, the new owners don't seem to care about the quality and the reputation this carry out restaurant had acquired over the years,

We have been using Pak Lee for the past 25 years and since new ownership, the service is terrible. Our order was wrong and the member of staff spoke to me terribly on the phone, refusing to accept responsibility. While waiting to collect order, several customers returned with incorrect order also. We know every new business will have teething problems and we gave them the benefit of the doubt with previous orders but their customer service is not good enough. If you are on the front counter, the phone or the kitchen, you are part of the ‘one business’ and a team. You don’t just blame the kitchen and think that’s acceptable.
