He hecho un pedido a través de la plataforma Uber Eats y después de más de 1h esperando no lo he recibido. He tenido que cancelarlo y me lo han cobrado. Me he quedado sin cenar y sin dinero. Trato de llamar al teléfono del local y no da señal, no sé cómo contactar con ellos porque se desentienden totalmente al haberle entregado el pedido al repartidor. Nadie se hace cargo de nada y con el local es imposible contactar cuando en este caso se me ha cobrado por un servicio que no he tenido. Es una auténtica estafa.
