"Today, I took my elderly mother to this coffee shop. It was very busy, but we didn't mind sitting and enjoying the atmosphere while we waited. After 35 minutes and seeing two other groups who arrived after us get their orders first, I wanted to make sure our order hadn't been forgotten. As I was confirming with the waitress at the checkout that our coffees were still being prepared, the woman making the coffees started yelling at me, accusing me of lying about when we placed our order and claiming I was trying to deceive them. She was clearly stressed and angry, and her behavior was extremely rude. This was unacceptable as I was only checking, not complaining. I won't be bringing my mother back here for coffee again."

Stopped here for a coffee which was absolutely fabulous, one of the best lattes I've had outside of Italy. It was so good I had a second one! Reasonable price too considering current pricing everywhere. Next time I'm in Horsham Panino will be my first port of call.

A delightful little cafe with outside seating to people watch. The spicy tuna baguette was crispy and spicy and very delicious. The mozzarella and tomato panini was superb. Coffee was excellent. Service prompt. Order inside service outside. Covered umbrellas provide shade.

We enjoyed excellent service and delicious food surrounded by lovely hanging baskets outside of this cafe. We ordered a mixed seafood and smoked salad, as well as a crab salad with coffees, all freshly made and customized without onions as requested. We would certainly return for another visit. Believe in supporting local businesses Went in and bought 3 ricotta filled biscuits Went to pay and came to £9 Was genuinely shocked but bought them as a treat Got home and my mum who is from Italian decent then informed me it wasn't proper ricotta but butter cream So a very expensive mistake or the advice in the shop was wrong Hay ho

My husband had a lovely tuna baguette and bacon puff. I had a jacket potato which was very disappointing. Half was soft and the rest hard. Tasted of melted margarine and the cheese was small pieces of processed cheese that was meant to be melted but wasn’t. A shame that a simple meal can be so disappointing. Nice location for sitting out people watching.

Stopped here en-route to the station for breakfast. Great pastries on display but asked for a bacon sandwich and ended up with the best one I've ever had. It was on a wholemeal baguette and was simply perfect. Had a great black coffee with it. In fact, they were so good I ordered another round of both. So much better than the Premier Inn where I was originally planning to have breakfast View menu

My wife, our 4-year-old son, and I entered the restaurant. Our son took his time deciding what he wanted, but eventually changed his mind and asked to go somewhere else. A few minutes later, he wanted to go back to Panino Cafe. My wife overheard the girl at the register making a comment about us being European and leaving without buying anything. It is worth noting that our baby boy was born in the UK. Additionally, the other girl preparing coffees was seen eating bacon that was meant for another customer's panini.

This corner cafe in the market place gets it just right. Friendly family service always up for a chat and a bit of a laugh and interesting cakes and lunches. Today I spotted rosmarino focaccia but my wife and I chose an almond croissant and great coffee. The home made pasta always looks good. The new inside seats are perfect and even though the space is small , allowance has been made for social distancing. When the weather is OK, an outside seat works well particularly on market day to check out whats going on. Love it here. One of our favourite coffee spots Ciao ciao !!

"My mother and I had been following the Masterchef Pro comp ' last year and were really keen to sample some of the winner, Tom Hamblet 's, food. We travelled a 4 hour round trip for the experience. We don 't eat at fine dining restaurants often but we are foodies. Firstly, the setting of the restaurant is very lavish and comfortable with warm low lighting. That said, the dinner experience was a little too dark for my mother so that 's something to think about if you struggle with eyesight and low lighting. The service was friendly, attentive and speedy/efficient. The food: I 'll start with the dessert because that was a real pleasure for us. We both loved the flavours of Tom 's end of series winning dessert so the meal ended on a high (we ordered the Olive Oil sponge with lemon curd). I recommend not ruining your palette with the overly sweet petit four that are placed in front of you following dessert unfortunately ours were more sugar flavoured than any other identifiable flavour. Our starters and mains were very VERY underwhelming. They arrived looking beautiful, neat and tidy but failed to deliver on taste. I had wanted the celeriac themed starter but the waiting staff told me the vegan/veggie starters and mains were created by their head chef and not Tom. That was disappointing as his 3 month residency was the reason we 'd visited the restaurant. We ended up both having the lobster starters after the waiting staff recommended it highly as either a starter or an additional dish to share. The claw meat was minimal and tough and the foam mousse took centre stage on the plate. Whilst the plate had lots of textures to it, we felt it was unbalanced and generally with no 'wow ' to it. We enjoyed the coffee and rye bread with butter and pollen/fennel that came prior to this thought. I ordered the Guinea Fowl as a main after the waiter described it as a gamey, dark and tender meat. I feel like a better description to someone that hasn 't had guinea fowl before would be 'it 's like a chicken breast with a different flavour '. This is what arrived in front of me and I actually found it was quite dry and not dark at all! I would never have ordered anything that resembled chicken breast anyway so I felt ill informed about my choice. I also thought the girolles were overwhelmingly tart. I didn 't enjoy my main. Mum 's Hogget was nice but average for her too. Last comment I 've never in my life paid £6.50 for less than 1.5ltrs mineral water beware! I don 't care how much money you have it 's water!!!"
