"a visit in the pancake house is not recommended. the personal is completely overwhelmed and apparently not from the field. we were there on 10.12.2022 with 7 people and had taken to two tables. a menu got only one table from us, the second was ignored. the cards we asked ourselves from our side table to make a choice at all. after a long time the first table was served, the glowing wine being served cold. the personal did not even know how to make a hot wine hot. we only got drinks, the ordered waffeln and poffertjes were not there after half an hour. now there came a lady who we had not seen before and asked what the problem would be. she could not understand that at all and claimed that we had changed the table in the meantime so that she could not book the order at all. because this was not true, we have denied it. then she has sworn us to the most influential and even to the house. So if they want to be properly insulted, they'll go to this house."

It is a super nice café where there is a large and special selection of pancakes. Price performance is great and it was just soooo delicious! We'll come back safely! The staff is super friendly and you are served quickly! The toilets and the entire cafe are super clean, I would have to forgive 6 stars, it would be 6!

tee lukewarm, pancakes not even, raw kartoffels and whistle in a pancake dough! can't cook! the service did not ask if you want another pancake! I had ordered a lemon tea that was lukewarm!!! not to believe those are not even able to bring a hot water!!! underground! if they want to get really annoyed then I recommend this locally.

We were in the pancake house in Brüggen for the first time. Friends invited us and we were thrilled. The selection was huge. The service was very friendly and the food came quite fast. We really amazed the amount of the cover. There is really not saved with covering. Also tastefully all the top. We'll be back on occasion. Very recommended.

The staff is very friendly. We had our food (with 5 people there) within 30 minutes. The offer is very extensive, the menu is huge. In warm weather, I wouldn't sit outside for dirty wasps. The Star Trigger is only available because the pancakes are very thin compared to other pancake houses. There are much more pancakes for money elsewhere at the price.

Our first visit to the Pancake House is a great success for three generations. The service was professional from 5 years old daughter to 90 years old grandfather. The food was completely fresh and very tasty. A true gaming experience for our 5-year-old daughter was on the first floor while we were able to entertain ourselves as adults. We come back and we are welcome! Recommendation especially for families!
