"This was a big disappointment. The restaurant looks classy with nice decor and a expensive menu (expensive because you can’t come starving, you get a handful of food on your plate . But several things went wrong: the service: oh... wow... we waited 10 minutes for the menus, they forgot two of our drinks, the way they served (placing bottles of Cola and water on the table without opening/ serving, no oil/ butter with the bread and the time it took between the menu ordering drinks food bread (came at the same time as the food . And the irritation they openly showed when we complained (slamming the plates on the table and saying in Italian things like “oh my god” . The only one who knew a bit more was the head waiter, but he only placed us and took our order. the food: well, it wasn’t great. And for 28 euro you are still a little hungry when the plate is finished. No side dish is available (potatoes or similar so we assumed it would be included on the plate, but no, no carbs (good for the GI diet though . Anyway, two small pieces of meat and some vegetables won’t be enough. The menu is probably made so the guest has to order a starter, primi and secondi (warm dishes . My dish was okey (I wouldn’t order it again though , but my company complained about their food. It ended with us interrupting our dinner since it took such a long time between the dishes, and leaving before all the dishes were served. Choose another restaurant."

Appuntamento preso all'ultimo, ci ha salvato la sera. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e sono stati trattati con i guanti. Consiglio assolutamente.

This place is outside the centre, though with plenty of parking and near Bolzano South train It is in the Four Points Hotel, which also has a decent bar Food choice and quality all good, as was the service. Not great for atmosphere or romance. though good if you are staying at the hotel, going to the exhibition centre or doing business

Excellent restaurant ! Tout est parfait : le cadre raffiné et agréable dans un grand patio, le service impeccable, attentionné et d’excellent conseil notamment pour le choix des vins parmi une belle carte, les plats délicieux, le rapport qualité-prix extrêmement correct pour l’endroit. Je précise que c’était notre cinquième dîner en cinq mois depuis le mois de mars dans ce restaurant

The dinner was so perfect and lovely, the staff was so kind and recommended everything perfectly. I love this dinner and my boyfriend did too... we spend days talking about it. He had meat degustation menu and I had fish degustation menu, I don't eat meat but my boyfriend face said it all , and mine was AMAZING! The waiter that helped us recommend really good wines that went in perfect harmony with our meal, for him red and for me wine. It was a lovely dinner in a perfect atmosphere

Patio is in the Four Points Sheraton and offers a fine dining experience with excellent food and service. The staff are friendly and we ate here twice during our stay. For the second meal we shared a huge 1.7 kilo Fred Flintstone style tomahawk steak with potatoes and salad and bernaise sauce. It was delicious. Wine is available by the glass and by the bottle. The staff are gracious and professional and we would recommend Patio to anyone staying on this side of the river. With Covid the menu is quite limited, but everything was good.
