"I booked a table for 2 really last minute on a busy December night, piccolio’s manger cosimo took the booking, he was so friendly and helpful that we really needed after a hard work in the cold winter weather! we went in and the restaurants that were breathtaking have woken us! the decor is stylish and above all it was so warm and cozy what we needed, we were greeted with smiles all around by every worker and was immediately taken on our table, without waiting time what ever! we were so swollen! Shortly after we sat, we tamara welcomed them beautiful, well presented and extremely polite. we thought up the menu, while tamara served us the most delicious Rosè Prosecco and took our orders. it was a hard choice, as we wanted to order one of all, the menu choices sound exquisite! so much choice and catering for all food requirements. my own and my friend decided to go for the spaghetti frutti di mare, which was absolutely inconceivable! muddle, mush and calamari topped with a huge garlic king prawn! it didn't take long until there were two empty teller and full bell! we stayed and talked together about the life and there was no hurry to move us from table to tamara has checked us we were so glad to have chosen piccolino chester for our girly dinner date and just wanted to say a massive thank you to cosimo, tamara and the piccolino team. I can't wait to come back to another fantastic evening."

"Actually, it's more of a 3.5 stars. The location is nice near the cathedral, and the menu has been updated with new dishes. The pizza sharing remains a winning formula, and the pizzas are very good, even with special toppings. When we arrived, they seated us outside, as the indoor area is only accessible after 7:30pm, but it was too hot outside! Another downside is the bill, quite expensive despite the discount on Thefork! The justification that it is near the cathedral doesn't make sense, because it is a chain!"

"I was served by a tall, dark-haired girl who I believe must be the manager; if she isn’t, she certainly should be because her service was exceptional. On the other hand, the guy at the bar, who resembled Ed Sheeran, was quite unfriendly and distant. We would have felt unwelcome if it weren't for the waitress, who worked hard to make us feel at home. She was constantly moving around to ensure all of us were taken care of, seemingly compensating for the lack of effort from the rest of the staff. I was really impressed by her ability to manage the place almost single-handedly. The food was great, but there seemed to be a lack of leadership on the floor. Also, I noticed a red-haired guy actively trying to undermine our waitress, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have given this place a 4-star rating."

"I used to always rate Stuzzichini highly. We have had many enjoyable and memorable times with friends and family, experiencing top-notch service. However, on our recent visit for a special family meal, we were extremely disappointed. The service has declined significantly. Two members of our group did not receive their order of a basic Frangelico Affogato Al Caffé, and they were not informed until after everyone else had finished their desserts. Additionally, an extra order of bread was brought out after we had already finished our starters. The server's attitude was not up to par. We will not be returning and will definitely be sharing our negative experience with others. For the first time ever, I refused to pay the service charge. Overall, we rated the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3."

"I have been there three times. The food is very genuine italian and really delicious and tasty. Large menu card and great âtodays specialsâ. Prices are very reasonable. Alexander and his crew are lovely and professional and serve with a smile. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. Highly recommended both for business dinners and also for families."

"Brera Riverside used to be a coffee bar which did snacks but after closing for some months it has re-opened as a restaurant, open til 8 weekdays and later on Saturdays. We used to love coming for coffee, especially as it had tables outside overlooking the river and we hope that we will be able to still do this when the weather warms up. Our food on 26 January was good rather than very good, and rather pricey for what was on offer (quite a limited menu of typical Italian fare. As someone who has to avoid gluten I struggled a bit. Service was very slow, we waited 45 minutes for the starters, which were both cold dishes. This is not really acceptable. However, we managed to order an aperitif and some wine before the place filled up and so had something to drink while we waited. Basically, they need more staff and we wondered if the kitchen is big enough for the number of covers. It was not full, and they were struggling. Would I go back? I think we'd give them another chance, as we live locally."

"The food was good and reasonably priced, and it was delivered promptly. However, the waitstaff took a long time to clear our used dishes and check if we wanted dessert. By the time they finally offered us dessert, I was already ready to leave. Other diners who arrived after us had finished their meals and paid their bills before we were even given the dessert menu. This was disappointing and detracted from what could have been a very pleasant experience."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

I can picture this place being extremely busy on a Saturday, but when I went on a Sunday, we were seated right away even though the restaurant was packed by 7:30 pm. "We arranged to have a celebration meal for my sons birthday. We obviously wanted to make a fuss over him turning 9. I arranged it when we originally booked and also spoke to the waitress who took our order and delivered our first 2 courses on two occasions. She even took a note of my sons details but then nothing ever happened. Will probably head back for a meal at some point. But feel a bit frustrated over how much we paid with very little back. Only 2 adults one child and a toddler. Now we're home I feel I could have better spent the money on something else. Bit of an anti climax to our afternoon/ evening."

Before I commented on their dishes, I would like to say that the server were exceptional! they were very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and more. our experience here was much better because of the staff. for eating! I have eaten a lot of authentic Italian food, and la galleria sits right on the zaun of authenticity. the dishes we ate were delicious in view of the price, but if authentic Italian cuisine is what they are looking for, they could be a bit disappointed here. only light. This level of care and dedication is rare and refreshing, making it a joy to support such a local business. It is clear that the customers' happiness is the top priority for this restaurant. Dining here feels like being invited to a warm and loving Italian family dinner. Everyone leaves full, happy, and grateful. "The staff were really well prepared for the reopening. Our waiter could not have been more helpful. He even showed us how to claim our free drink on the app. The food, drink and music were perfect. Sadly because we knew cash wouldn’t be accepted we took none and there was no way for us to tip the waiter via the app or card machine! They will accept cash for tips so I’d be prepared next time as they really deserved it!"

"This restaurant is now called Dolce Italia. We had a table for 5 and were really impressed with both the food and service we received. The fish soup had a tasty bisque quality with fresh sea bass and fresh warm bread. The mushroom crostini looked good and tasted better. Caprese salad was fresh looking and yummy. Mains were also excellent. Belly of pork melted in the mouth, chicken milanese was moist with generous spaghetti in tomato sauce, with fresh tomatoes running through it. seafood linguine had lots of sea food, all perfectly cooked. Desserts were also good. I had the panna cotta, lovely wobble and beautiful taste. Also great value for money, with wine sensibly priced and affordable. Would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be returning."

"We chose this restaurant because it was the only one in the Plaza that didn't send someone to wake you up to walk in. Unlike some other people experience, we had great service, and we loved the homemade thin crust pizza (prosciutto with rocket, and the eggplant). They were big, probably more than the average person would eat. Our chicken was not all boiled, so it grilled some new pieces for us with more vegetables."
