"We have used this take away for years as we like to tofu dishes and have our food delivered. The owner is often abrupt but we put up with it for the sake of the food. However, a recent order was made where the whole family put all their cash together as they do not accept card payments. Some of the dishes had risen in price and we were something like 40p short, the owner asked me to drop a dish and then when I did not seem very keen, she then proceeded to say that she would forfeit our free bottle of coke! This was the final straw for us, we have spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years, but they do not seem to understand loyalty and quibbling over 40p was just about enough. We liked the food but have not ordered since and we will not as a matter of principal."

After seeing the negative reviews on here I was a bit sceptical about what kind of food to expect. The food we had was absolutely lovely (1x Thai meal and 1x Chinese), as were the staff and we will certainly be returning! Don't be put off!

They can’t make Thai. Advertise it on the menu but what u get is a Chinese curry. Def not Thai. Ok meal and I will go again principally because I can walk there. Will post another review when I’ve tried the Chinese which I expect will be better.

Ordered for a Saturday night. Easy ordering over phone and paid by credit card. Delivery took around 30 minutes by a very friendly delivery man. The food was really delicious. Highly recommend Salt and pepper squid and Chilli Beef. Will definetely use again. View menu

Worst Chinese food I have ever had and how hay included supermarkets. Starters were soggy and cold. Mains were horribly over cooked and batter was soggy. I stressed that we had never used them before as we were new to the area hoping to be impressed, we weren't. We won't be using them again unless a crisis has struck. Best off saving your money.

If you want a traditional Chinese takeaway, these guys have served us well for years. There is another Chinese takeaway in Pembury, however, we found this one to be better across the board, so we switched over a decade ago. I love going to collect and watching the chef in control of the cook area. The staff are mostly Chinese, some reviews suggest they are rude, but on dozens of visits I have found them friendly and helpful and polite. It's funny how people complain when they don't have the correct money Tesco would not let you off, so why should these guys? The do now take credit cards (many years ago they didn't).
