"We stayed in this restaurant moved by the curiosity to taste a good typical Lucana cuisine, even under the suggestion of some friends who had had a good experience. Our... not entirely satisfying especially for room service that was really chaotic and confused. Too bad because the kitchen deserves, and fully reflects the Lucan tradition. More attention to the service would greatly improve the work done. An invitation to the various guides who report the restaurants, when evaluating the premises, do it but at 360 degrees, do not give visibility only for a big name behind the stoves. Also consider the room service, the service that makes the difference and further improves every single dish brought to the table."

"Having had difficulty booking 8 rooms for 23 people, we found the full availability of this hotel restaurant (although with slightly higher prices), which proved to be up to the situation. Located in the centre of Castelmezzano from which you can admire a wonderful view. The owner, along with his staff, were available in all circumstances and quite courteous. We didn't book lunch, but as it rained on our arrival, they still prepared, on our order of appetizers and the first for all. Excellent quality of products even if I personally prefer more a typical local cuisine and less gourmet! In the end, by now in the afternoon, they were also available to make us drink gin-tonics to better finish the lunch. Price above the average justified perhaps by the beautiful panorama you enjoy from the restaurant room and from the whole hotel in general. The rooms are comfortable and clean and provide everything you need. In my opinion the mattress was a little too soft. Breakfast discreet, we say that since the level of the hotel in general has not given me the impression of a plentiful preparation. Parking space 200 meters from the hotel, although not bookable. In general a recommended place for a pleasant holiday."

"Siamo capitati in questo locale per caso, passeggiando per le vie di Pietrapertosa e ne siamo contenti soprattutto per l'immediata disponibilità che hanno riposto nei nostri confronti. Ci hanno prontamente fornito un tavolo per due nonostante l'orario di punta e, nel momento in cui abbiamo chiesto la gentilezza di farlo diventare per sei persone, avendo conosciuto altra gente nel frattempo, si sono resi molto disponibili nell'accontentare le esigenze di tutti noi. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito è stato preparatissimo nel consigliarci e spiegarci tutti i piatti serviti ed il signore invece che ci ha servito le portate è stato divertente e simpatico. Si mangia bene, tipico e i prezzi sono competitivi. Torneremo sicuramente a Pietrapertosa perché ne siamo rimasti incantati e, molto volentieri, ci fermeremo in questa trattoria per gustare, ancora una volta, le vostre specialità, dagli antipasti al dolce. "Consigliatissima la Margherita con il bordo ripieno a scelta (ad esempio rape e acciughe o bieta e mozzarella o friarelli e salsiccia) , copyright della mamma pizzaiola. BUONISSIMA. Anche il calzone è enorme e ricco. Arancini gustosissimi. Imperdibile!"
