"Very good hotel in Balingen. Ms. Li as the boss has everything in her hands. Asian friendliness is at first place. To the late evening we got another room yesterday. Very well maintained ambience. The hotel's restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation in Balingen and its surroundings. Keep going like Mrs. Li. We had room 208 back. Quiet and big. The young Chinese man is also to be praised. He is always friendly and reads every wish from the eyes to the guests. You have a really good wife, Li. This hotel is absolutely recommended."

We were in the pepper mill yesterday and ate various tapas. It was very good and tasty grated. The service was nice, fun and accommodating The wine was as we like it. The price performance ratio was quite appropriate. One had the feeling to be appreciated here as a guest

We only ate Balinger in the restaurant. We were very impressed by the Rumpsteak shrimps on the hot stone and the different tapas! It tasted all right. Small card, so everything concentrates on the refinement of the individual dishes. The service was very accommodating and valuable! We are happy to return:

Very attentive and friendly service. 100% recommended tapas are the “original” for nothing. Steak on salt stone with grilled vegetable supplements also very tasty and spicy. Only the dressing of the supplemental salad was not my world, but it is known that taste can be contested. For me a very clear recommendation and enrichment of the Balinger Gastronomy. Come on.
