delivery was 25min late, the pizzas were small and had very little topping. We won't be ordering again

The food was delicious and served hot. The quality was outstanding, and the prices were excellent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.

Half of menu not available. Had to wait nearly an hour to get starters then another 40 mins for mains. Brought one main out 15 mins before everyone else’s. It was my first time ordering a take away from this restaurant. Never again! The garlic bread was cold. The “Grilled King Prawn” dish was only 7 large sized prawns! The Tagliatelle Salmone the salmon tasted like it came from a tin of salmon. The Linguine Pollo e Chorizo only had 7 very small pieces of chicken. The food, unfortunately, did not impress me, earning a low rating of 2 out of 5. However, the service was commendable, receiving a solid 4 out of 5, as the staff were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere also stood out, with a cozy and inviting vibe, which I rated 4 out of 5. Overall, while the service and ambiance were enjoyable, the food did not meet my expectations.

On Thursday night, we discovered that they had run out of draft lager. There was no alcohol-free beer available, despite it being listed on the menu. Our party of seven was the only group present, which was surprising given that this was the last Thursday before December – we thought the holiday season would have brought in more customers. The room was quite cold, and even the chef was wearing a coat! The pizzas weren't served warm, and the pork loin was very dry. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
