Pizza Hut Heidelberg, Hebelstraße

Ordered spaghetti bolognaise. It was okey but observed lack of sauce and it is dry. Waitress give me a wrong drink ordered.

Very bad and slow service.. The restaurant indoor isn't so clean, I preferred siting outdoors. The food is good and served fresh and hot.

we have called into this pizza hut for lunch today. faster service we ordered a salad and a small pizza. the salads were very tasty, but rather fill out so that we take away pizza. View menu

not so fast and not so exact. I think it was the worst experience with pizza hat. we were people, the place was not so full. we had to wait for everything. about min for the menu, min to someone. our order was accepted, the drinks were together with the food and the starters along with the main course. and the delivered products were not the ordered. Well we went in to this place just to grab something to eat quickly before we go home and have dinner, so we went in an ordered a single large pizza for of us and the girl who was getting our order didn't say...a word but gave that cheap look and I am sure she was thinking is that all it may be just me but I felt it. Anyhow it was a standard Pizza and we enjoyed it too.

The food was good but the service was a catastrophy. There was one waiter, one waitress and a runner. Only the guy seemed to have a clue what was going on. The girls did there best but I am pretty sure no one trained them...so they had no control at all. And there were only seven tables to serve!!! No one seemed to be in charge or rather the one in charge can't lead! A disaster when it comes to service! View menu

We ate here two years ago while in Heidelberg, it has changed markedly. The one poor waitress working lunch on a Saturday was literally running back and forth from kitchen to table. The pizza was okay, not great, but the individual who appeared to be...management stood idly by at the kitchen door with a sour look on his face not providing any assistance. The so-called salad bar is ting and terrible skip it. This used to be a pretty good Pizza Hut for an establishment outside the USA, but it has declined. we used to eating pizza hat in Indonesia. therefore we wanted to try again the pizza with käsering when we were in heidelberg. we were adults and children and years old.) unfortunately the pizzas were too big and too much for us. a pizza with salami and a pizza spicy chili or whatever it means we drank sprit, orange juice and beer. at the end was the bill around me I recommend not to anyone who does not really starve, otherwise s/he must pack it for home. I ordered a pizza to take home: the Tuesday speciality a deep dish pan pizza in a box. Then the waitress asked me to come to the computer screen and wondered what I want, I told her margherita. (all in order. now) and then she asked me what sauce I wanted: ketchup, barbeque or mayo. I replied that I wanted pizza and that I didn't need ketchup or mayo. she said that it was coming with this that went a few rounds with me even on the poster advertisement the special.
