Pizza Hut - Menu

We order 2 pizzas for delivery and margarita pizza was not possible to eat. It was so overcook and black in same parts . Never order again

The service was extremely rude and slow. I'm not sure if the manager was working, but the staff was unhelpful and items were missing from our order. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Good buffet lunch and excellent value at only £7.50 per adult. There is good choice of food from pizza, pasta and salad. Would say it would be better if more fresh pizzas as had to wait a little but overall happy. View menu

This restaurant should not be permitted to serve such disgusting food. We tried the classic burger meal and hot dogs meal, but the burger tasted like greasy lard and we couldn't even finish one bite before spitting it out. Both my partner and I felt sick and ended up vomiting when we got home. We will never go back, and this place should definitely be closed down as soon as possible.

We came here after going to the escape room, we didn’t have a reservation but they were able to seat us fairly quickly, we came in time for the lunch offer which was well worth it, my boys wolfed down so much pizza I think they might have lost money on us. The staff were nice and friendly, the pizza was as you’d expect, typical Pizza Hut pizza, the salad bar was nice and did feel sanitary (I’ve been a bit weary of open food stations since covid) this is just like any Pizza Hut but with a superhero theme randomly.

This restaurant had the worst hygiene I have ever seen. On December 14th, 2021 at 5:30 PM, a staff member wearing blue plastic gloves came from behind the counter to serve food. He then went into the men's restroom, did not change his gloves or wash his hands, and returned to handle food. Additionally, the restaurant had overflowing bins and rubbish dumped on the floor, creating a very dirty environment that is a health hazard. I visited Pizza Hut in lakeside shopping centre with my mum, baby boy and some friends. The staff was very attentive considering it was a busy lunch time service. The buffet bar was very slow and we ended up ordering a pizza instead. After we had eaten I used the baby changing facilities. The toilet wasn’t big enough to take in the pushchair so I had to leave that outside the door. The pull down changing mat felt loose and felt unstable so much so I had to get my friend to help hold it up to make feel safer to change my baby. If I had been on my own it would have been a stressful situation and I will now avoid these facilities.

Visited here about 3 times now after going to the cinema. Always been good but yesterday was not the best, it was 7:20 on a Saturday and we were told by a staff member at the door that they had no individual pizzas left only large pizzas to share because we were hungry and wanting to get home we excepted this. We were seated at the table and I asked the waitress if they had any flatbread pizzas she said no so I had a choose your own pizza which I shared with my sister. The food came out promptly but they had muddled up the basis (I asked for tomato and my sister wanted bbq). We received disgraceful service from this restaurant. We were told within 5 minutes of ordering to get our salad as the “unlimited free salad” was about to be cleared away! And our plates were taken from us before we had even finished eating to which we pointed this out and the waiter just shrugged and took them anyway!!! I find it unbelievable that we had to shove pizza down our throats so they could clear the table! We had only been there 39 minutes maximum and there was only one other table taken by another family!
