Pizza Hut - Menu

My sister and I both had a pizza with salad, it was delicious. Although short staffed the service was excellent. The Manager Alexandra was welcoming and helpful.

Thank god for the return of the buffet and salad bar but disappointing there was no unlimited Pepsi on offer, so for those intolerant to sweeteners you have to pay extra for just one small bottle of Pepsi. However, the buffet was as good...as it always is and very filling. Never shut down the buffet again as bluffet was rubbish.

Myself and daughters went to this restaurant for lunch and all I can say was the food was absolutely disgusting, we had flatbreads and both were soggy and under cooked the pepparoni pizza had a funny taste and as for the green leaf...salad we'll what a laugh a bit off soggy out off date ice berg lettuce and grated carrot and a couple off cherry tomatoes View menu

Some restaurants will stick to their rules which is okay but this Pizza hut broke their rules to make their customers happy. My wife wanted tea (at least two or three) but that was not part of the buffet deal but they made it part...of it. The Buffett choice was initially limited but the chef actually asked us what pizza would you like me to cook for you and even came out into the restaurant to ask for more suggestions. This sort of service should be actively encouraged.

Sat with my daughter having lunch on the unlimited SMALL pizza deal and the manager and waitress both chat among themselves about the amount of pizza I wanted to order and then infront of the whole restraint the manager says wow have you eaten all...the pizzas and then says something along the same lines when I first ordered!!! Bearing in mind I recently had at eating disorder and am trying to put weight on and haven't eaten a thing until I got here... made me feel so uncomfortable and judged, don't think I'll be returning... I was SHOCKED.

Drove for minutes to get to my nearest Pizza Hut restaurant. The pizza arrived with burnt crusts, no sauce (that you could see or taste) and the thinnest layer of cheese possible. It tasted of nothing but bread! After mouthfuls I Very politely...complained. The manager (Sam) responded by telling me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the pizza. I said that I wasn’t paying for some burnt bread and was then told to leave as she scooped up the plate. I thanked her for unbelievable rudeness and appalling service and left Pizza Hut has been going down hill for years. NEVER AGAIN! I got home, ordered Domino’s and it was perfect and half the price. We visited this pizza hut after a lovely day out and the service was appalling. Our daughter recieved her fries minutes before her pizza arrived and we received of our sides before having to ask where our pizza was after approx minute wait. Then upon the manager arrived at our table explaining she had given pur pizza to the delivery driver that had just come in to collect. This manager was not very apologetic and didn't inform us of how long we would be waiting. After asking for our pizza to be put in a takeaway box as we no longer wanted to wait in the restaurant, our daughter had already finished hers. After receiving the takeaway pizza we had to ask for our fries and our daughters pudding...

Went on a Wednesday to take advantage of the government scheme. You are encouraged to order using your phone. Dislike this as with children we encourage all tech to not be used at meal times. I managed to get them to take my order by...they are refusing cash... cash is a legal tender and shouldn't be refused i understand encouraging card payments at the moment but was informed that they haven't been provided a till as they want you to order and pay using phone. The service was so slow I waited about after finishing just to order a pudding. Someone next to me has used the phone service and was still waiting a long period for service. Me and my mum went to Pizza Hut as a one off treat as it was my Birthday and because we don’t live near to a Pizza Hut restaurant, we came all the way to Basingstoke for the sole reason to have a Pizza Hut...buffet, but was left disappointed with everything. We both understood due to restrictions in place at the time that their had to be some changes made and we tried and go with the flow, but our waiter who happened to be the manager didn’t explain the system well enough so we’re left confused for about minutes whilst we waited for him to notice we were trying to call him over and for him to explain, once he explained it better and were both left disappointed with their system, we went for...
