The service at this restaurant is fast and efficient. The food is the typical standard fare you would expect from Pizza Hut. We ordered our meal to go for dinner.

For over a year we have pizza from this takeaway. The food was always consistent, the offers were a big bargain. The staff behind the counter is very friendly and relaxed. The pizzas are never cooked or done under. There is a real lack of decent takeaways in Edinburgh, and this is most of them!

I visited this pizza hut in Morningside for the first time this lunchtime. It's the first pizza hut I've ever gone to with a Scottish person serving. Usually, it's some Johnny Foreigner who can't speak English and you have to repeat your order several times. Another reason why Brexit was a great idea. View menu

The food was delicious and earned a rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also good, with a rating of 4 out of 5. The atmosphere at Take Meal was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5. I would recommend this restaurant for a budget-friendly and tasty lunch option.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I called to update my order, but was mistakenly told it was McDonald's. After realizing my mistake, I called again, only to have the person on the other end listen to me and then hang up. I tried calling once more, but no one answered. This experience was frustrating and I believe Pizza Hut needs to hire new staff. In particular, the female who answers the phone on Saturday evenings should be replaced. This incident has deterred me from ever ordering from them again.

Awful service! Phoned up to update my order (as I had made an error), lady picked up the phone and said it was macdonalds to which I apologised and put the phone down. Then I looked again and realised I did have the right number so I phoned again and someone picked the phone up, listens to my voice and puts it back down again! Tried phoning up once more (now furious) to which no one answered…no idea what was going on but awful service, Pizza Hut needs new staff and certainly get rid of the female who answers the phone on a Saturday evening as it’s put me off ever ordering from them again!
