"I ordered two pizzas at this restaurant. Shortly after, another customer placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When the 15 minutes were up, I overheard a staff member admit that they had made the wrong pizza. The customer who arrived after me received their pizza while I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. There was no apology or explanation for the mistake. I filed a complaint with customer service, but only received an acknowledgement with a question. After replying, I never heard back. When I checked online, I saw that my complaint had been closed without any resolution or further communication. I tried to reopen the complaint, but received no response. The customer service at this restaurant is truly appalling."
