"I ordered 6 large pizzas on the phone yesterday for today (13 March 2019) at 12:30pm for a baby shower party at my work. (My work colleagues lunches were between 12-1 1-2, so everyone on there12-1 lunch didn’t have there lunch but had to eat at their desks) The Pizzas were 45 mins late. They didn’t ring me to say they were going to be late because I rang them cos I was worried, there excuse was “we are busy” I said but I ordered yesterday you had plenty of notice, he said my food will arrive at 12:45pm but it didn’t arrive until 1:10pm. Even though I said twice on the phone what company we are and the address, the driver went into boots asking strangers if this was number 38, then he went outside Barclays Bank and then he decided to call my mobile. I made a complaint on the phone and they gave us free garlic bread. I opened the pizza up to find they got the order wrong, they gave us 2 pepperoni pizzas when I ordered 1 chicken and 1 pepperoni on the phone. I checked this order 4 times on the phone when I ordered it yesterday. My colleague called up Pizza Hut and they said they would send us 2 large chicken pizza and a drink for free. When the chicken pizza arrived we only received 1 chicken pizza not two. And when my colleague complainted on the phone when our orginal order didn’t turn up she said she wants to make a formal complaint and the person on the phone said we don’t take complaints. I still had to pay for the 6 pizza which turned up 45 mins late and the driver was standing there checking the money. I am beyond annoyed it’s the first time we ordered with them and it will be the last time. The chicken pizza looked awful it looked like it was beaten up and I refused to eat it. Please don’t waste your money time with this particular Pizza Hut in St Albans."

The pizza was terrible and the manager's behavior was unacceptable. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Awful experience. Received the wrong pizza and no replacement was provided. It was a waste of money. I will not be going back.

Hard to write a review or put up a picture when the delivery doesn’t show up. Rang 50 mins after ordering, the delivery driver rang me, said he was outside my flat, but never rang the doorbell. I will never use this company again, nothing worse than this when you’re hungry!!!!

Not bad service. I use this place at lunch times on particular days with colleagues. They deliver on time or you can pick up. Food is always great. Pizza is different than other places so it is good for variety. Friendly staff and tasty lunch time food for me and work colleagues

I ordered takeout from St Albans Pizza Hut and was thoroughly disappointed. The pizza had barely any toppings, was dry, and completely inedible. I had to throw the whole thing away. The customer service was unhelpful and only offered me a £15 voucher, which couldn't be used with any other offer. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from there again.

Pizza Hut are the only local pizza company that I know of who offer gluten-free pizza, which of course is handy if you have an intolerance. It’s only on medium pizzas, but that’s still better than not at all. Lunch ordered at 11:50 and a 12:30 delivery slot selected. Arrived 5 minutes early, piping hot! Driver respected current social distancing rules of 2 metres, food dropped on the doorstep and rang the bell. Can’t make fault with the experience.

I ordered a cheese pizza and garlic bread on new years eve. My pizza was 10 pounds for a large (special offer online) and i had to spend a further 1.99 for delivery so i added garlic bread for 3.99. The pizza had some garlic seasonings on the crust which was alright had a nice taste. The food was estimated between 70-80 mins as it was new years eve but it came earlier which i was really impressed with. Garlic bread was ok, it has the same type of seasonings as the pizza. The updates online were really good, it actually showed me where the driver was, very happy over all i would recommend them.

I recently ordered one of their meal deal. 2 large pizzas, sides and drink. Delivery was expected around 35/45 mins. An hour passed, no show. A call to them. Driver had left 20 mins ago. Phone down, driver shows. Cold pizza, but not just cold, uncooked. The base was soggy and had seeped through the bottom of the boxes. The base was raw dough. The only bit cooked was the crust. I called them again. They didn't seem overly fussed. They offered to send more pizza. I declined. It was too late to wait again. I sent an email to head office. They didn't seem overly worried about this incident. So what does this tell you about Pizza Hut? No customer service or apology. I won't use them again.

"Yammin-Yummy says. ... 5 stars ... also a rarely awarded- 'beezybonus'. . . now, where do I begin to begin with such an amazingly appealing selection of freshly prepared foods that one would naturally expect that, already cooked, sitting, waiting for the next hungry expected customers. this can sometimes cook up to 10-20-50mins before they are placed in front of them. not here. freshly cooked. now this beautiful example of a traditional 'fish chip love affair, established over generations of Friday nights, was beautifully designed to tell their mouth, tonge taste panties, please attach their belts, and then it is about them an incredible arbor ride. ... one who seems to go up just as once they decided what's going in their mouth first (at least the crispy tail end) begins their incredible journey up; as their eyebrows increase during thinking, omg that 's sooo different good, light, crispy teig as I've never tasted in my 37 years since the beginning in the food industry. And then I made the mistake of dipping my squid in the homemade tartaric acid sauce. that is when the 1st massive fear happened, as I thought, oh my days; the better then mean, re-entry, deeper, actually cure my wrist action, to ensure maximum absorption of this sweet/creamy/tart/caper filled taste, as I reached for a chip to accompany, strengthen the excellent experience I thought stupid would be a 'standard thing'. Now I took care of you like this, but I have seen on my chips a few each mouthful was an experience, depending on how I stacked the fork, hahahaha. the fish was so fresh that I was looking on my teller sand. ... to dedicate a joy to each chip. ... the muddy heaps, normally warmed, not microshaft to a mass-hotter-then-the-sun, went a tasty bite, and quickly also, for once. the lemon shattered haddock had to be tied to the plate, because this teig was so light that it almost raised to the deck. but as soon as this handmade tasty tartaric acid sauce meets, any responsible 'handler-of-the-fork', wants to make sure that its only trajectory can be swallowed in their waiting swallow. It was so good, I couldn't stand to leave a single diesel and with this tartaric acid sauce, which even made a bulky chip, was nothing left, I was ashamed to ask the cook the recipe for 'this sauce', as he made such a light oil-free beautiful teig. the staff is very attentive, courteous, with a beautiful large sitting area also. get yourself here quickly bungalows to make an ordinary experience, in an excellent exciting eating expedition into a court that we all know so well, but so different. ... enjoy."
