I bought pizza, potato wedges and garlic bread from here today. When it arrived it was all lukewarm. The wedges were very small and lukewarm, the garlic bread was cooked on one side only and the pizza was lukewarm also. I won't buy from them again, that's for sure.

Horrible service from Mutley Plain plymouth. Most of the toppings on one side of the pizza and half the pizza just not cut. I can lift it and it is one solid block. I complained and the manager was gobby saying its not possible. Informed that i have evidence of this and she got rude. Really disappointed.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and potato wedges. A Hawaiian Super Supreme on deep pan bases. What a disappointment. The pizza topping was slimey, the ingredients cheap and tasteless. Even the bases were awful. Freshly made on the premises? Somehow I doubt that very much. I've had better frozen pizzas from Tesco. A total waste of money. Avoidance is my recommendation.

The pizza was delivered cold. We ordered a pizza with beef, onion, green pepper, and jalapenos. We got beef and onion. They gave us 5 hot dips (even though we ordered exactly 0 , probably to compensate for the lack of chillies. They gave us 0 BBQ dips, despite us requesting one (thanks for 5 hot dips that didn't order though; what great people you are! . Why did they not phone to tell me they could not provide what I paid for? I would have either changed my order or cancelled, either way, I would have been a lot happier. Very bad customer service! I ordered two pizzas at this restaurant. Shortly after, another customer placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When the 15 minutes were up, I overheard a staff member admit that they had made the wrong pizza. The customer who arrived after me received their pizza while I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. There was no apology or explanation for the mistake. I filed a complaint with customer service, but only received an acknowledgement with a question. After replying, I never heard back.
