"I had an excellent experience with the service provided by both the manager and the staff. Initially, I encountered an issue with my online order, which was set for collection instead of delivery, as I had intended. After discussing the problem with one of the employees, the manager stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered. In fact, the manager personally delivered the meal. The pizza and sides were very good. I would have given a five-star rating, but I believe Pizza Hut needs to improve their online ordering system to make it clearer for customers whether they are selecting collection or delivery."
