"I would buy three meals a day, seven days a week from this place if the diet and opening hours allowed! I just love it and have done ever since it opened. It is a little street shack on the corner of the footpath down to Penarth train station. Initially it had no seating but they have recently spruced up the footpath to create some weather permitting) sitting and standing areas to eat your food. It is, to all intents and purposes, take away pizza but the best take away pizza you will ever taste! There is a set standard menu and numerous specials which regularly change using produce from other local street-food vendors Hangfire Smokehouse was a favourite). The toppings are unusual but there are some amazing flavour combinations which you would never try otherwise. The pizzas are small naan bread size) but the dough is amazing, really thin and ultra-light and the price reflects the size £3-4 per pizza). We generally have 2 each or one pizza and a garlic bread which is also amazing). They also do dough-based desserts and a breakfast/lunch menu.The staff are really friendly, the messages on their blackboards hilarious and the twitter feed really great for Cardiff street-food fans. This is literally my go-to if I don't have any food in the house, cannot be bothered to cook after a long day or just fancy a treat. They have never disappointed me and I hope they never will. Go there!"

Tasty pizza. My nephew is a connoisseur and he approves, so got to be good! Pretty cheap too. Well worth a try if you haven't been yet!

This place is brilliant and great value. Superb 8 pizzas to go after a short wait. The tuna and anchovies at £3.25 a shot is so good I have to have two! I drive from Cardiff to visit that's how good it is.

Tried Pizza Pronto for the first time last night and we were not disappointed. Pizza was so tasty and a perfect portion for one. It was faultless and under £4, such a great price. Definitely first of many trips!

Working around the corner from pizza pronto it would be rude not to try it, I'm glad I did, incredibly quick food cooked to perfection generous toppings and full of flavour it's clearly fresh. Will definitely return on a regular basis. View menu

We visited pizza pronto first time on a Saturday eve firstly they sold out of nearly every ingredient you'd put on a pizza from mushrooms sweet corn pine ape etc... Then they proved on a pizza . Then they put in in a vyou'd put on a pizza puton a pizza... No

Delicious pizzas, friendly service. The Brie red onion pizza is totally delicious and stuck in my mind so much I revisited the following week to try it again to check it was that tasty (it was! . Is now our go to place for a cheeky pizza takeaway especially as the kids can choose their own favourite flavour, as they are individually sized.
